Great directions and loved that I immediately had access to unit due to coded entry. Did not meet Lauren but the room was nicely made up with clean sheets and towels. All we had to do was flop after a long trip. Large TV with cable was nice too. It served our needs nicely and due to campus move in, all the hotels were way over priced, so her price was greatly appreciated.
Lauren had the room ready and was quick to respond to questions. It was quiet, clean, and not too far from campus.
We had a wonderful stay! Everything was just as described in the listing. The pull out couch was also very comfortable (we were very pleasantly surprised!). Lauren responded to my request to book very quickly and communciated clearly. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.
Lauren had hosted us last year and like then, we were completely satisfied. I did not recall how vibrant the flowers were last year, so that was nice.
This was our very first Airbnb experience. We needed a place for 8 nights while visiting family in the area. Lauren's place had great reviews so we booked it. We found it to be exactly as described - it was a bit tricky to find her apartment late at night but the door lock worked as described, and everything was as stated. It is a couch pull out bed, and thus took us a couple of nights and some extra pillows to get used to. We loved the neighborhood, the quiet, the convenience, being able to regulate the heat and Lauren left lots of helpful info. We hope to use Lauren's place again.
I met Lauren briefly upon checking in and, in doing so, quickly confirmed all of the reviews I had read. She had everything easily and clearly explained about her place which perfectly matched the description. I would definitely stay here again.
Although I didn't get the chance to meet Lauren, she sent all the info I needed and even warned me about a slippery sidewalk. The room was comfortable and private; I appreciated the extra blankets and pillows. Good location. I would definitely recommend Lauren's basement for a stay in State College.
