Our guests have access to the use of everything in the house and pool, as well as the beach deck (shared with the cabin and another house), chairs, sun loungers, fire pit, air conditioners, fans, water and electricity never fail because we have a cistern and electric generator. (kayak, paddle board you can use it if the weather permits)

Rules:
1. Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
2. If the property is in very poor clean condition after check-out, beyond what a courteous guest would leave it.

b) For leaving after check-out time, an additional $30 will be charged per extra hour
c) If you bring additional people, a $25 surcharge per person per night will be charged (up to 2 people). If we see that there are more than 13 people, we can cancel your reservation without a refund.
d) If you bring a pet, you will be charged an additional $35 cleaning fee and the value of the damage if it damages something.
