This island home on Waiheke is truly one of New Zealand’s finest. Spend your days watching friends play tennis while you lounge in the pool. Gaze over ocean views, watching sailboats and luxury yachts navigate the bay. Inside, you’ll find an excellent home gym. And it’s just a 7-minute flight to Auckland from the helipad.

The space
Korora Estate is situated in the gated complex of Matiatia Estate, just 2kms for Oneroa Village and has it all, including a swimming pool, spa pool, tennis court, helipad, gym room, a purpose-built venue space and majestic views.

Double-sided gas fireplaces create ambiance inside and out. There is a choice of living spaces including the luxurious lounge or media room (both with large flat-screen TV’s and SKY), an office with separate entrance as well as the designer kitchen. The front-facing luxurious bedrooms all have terraces overlooking the turquoise blue waters of the bay. The 1.77 hectare section is beautifully landscaped to complement this distinctive and luxurious home.

This stunning property has 6 bedrooms, which are shared between the main house having 4 and the adjoining Apartment with a further 2 bedrooms. All bedrooms have their own heat pumps/Air-cons. There are 4 bathrooms in the main house and 2 in the Apartment.

The Apartment is fully self-contained and has its own lounge (with flat-screen TV and SKY), kitchen and terrace with outdoor furniture. The is perfect for those wishing to be together yet a little separated, such as nannies, teenagers or staff.

The full-sized tennis court and well-equipped gym room is a bonus, and the Heli pad makes for easy access, being only a 7-minute flight from Auckland.

The property is situated in a very private location, yet only a 4-minute drive to Oneroa Village and Oneroa beach. It enjoys lovely views out over the bay and beyond, sunsets are stunning. There are numerous spectacular walks to be had from this property, through tropical bush to secluded beaches and bays. Complimentary Wifi included.
