Everyone will enjoy easy access from this centrally located home. Things to do include Neosho Historic Square, parks & biking trails, bowling, movies, Neosho National Fish Hatchery & Crowder College. Nearby is Route 66, Precious Moments, casinos, airports, Crystal Bridges, University of Arkansas, and minor league baseball. We are within 35 miles of Arkansas, Missouri, Kansas & Oklahoma. All activities listed in my guidebook.

The space
We have recently updated several things including paint and new floors. The home has 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms have double beds and one bedroom has a queen size bed. All bedrooms have dressers, tv and lamps with a USB port and plug-in for ease in charging cell phones. There are two bathrooms. One has a soaking tub and one has a walk-in shower. There is a fully stocked kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker and microwave. There is a separate dining room with a table and chairs. A washer and dryer is provided for your convenience. The living room and sitting room are very relaxing with a couch, 2 recliners, a rocker chair and a 55 inch TV for your enjoyment. There are chairs on the front porch to enjoy your morning coffee!!

The closet in the dining room is for our supplies. Please do not use. The shelves and dresser in the laundry room are for our use only.
