It is a cozy bedroom in a nice house with one double bed, cable TV and close to every important city hotspot. The house has a backyard for BBQ, a drinking bar, WiFi, breakfast / dinner service and is close to everything, 20 min. way from the beach.
It is a private room in my house for 2 people, I live in a nice and quiet area located in San Borja 20 min away from the beach and all the city hotspots (put Fray Luis de Leon on (website hidden) Maps and you will see). You will find several restaurants near here, almost any kind of food, public transportation to any place in Lima, grocery shops and supermarkets just a couple of blocks away. If you need anything to be cooked or washed we also have a person who can do that for you. And personally, If I have the time I can show you around the city and take you to the best restaurants and clubs in Lima, the nightlife here is awesome! I really enjoy meeting people from other countries and sharing knowledge and experiences.
Guests will have access to private bathroom (in another bedroom), WiFi, drinking bar, backyard for BBQ, laundry service (extra charge), food and beverages (extra charge), bikes.
Interaction with Guests
We have prepared some tours (aditional cost) for our guests :
- Surfing lessons + cebiche (available Decembre to April).
- Nightlife in Lima, depends on the menu of the weekend but usually a bar crawl or a club (usually I can get free tickets). Experience how middle or middle high class peruvians spend their nights.
- Peruvian Cuisine. I can take you to the best restaurants in town in a 3 hour ride.
- Day on the beach (December to April)
- Historical Lima (Museums and historical hotspots)
- Sandboarding and dune buggy (4 hour away from Lima) includes transport starting at 6am in the morning. Returns 10pm.
What is good about my place is that although it is close to everything, its also located in a quiet neighborhood, you will be sleeping smoothly with almost no noise from all the street traffic and you can walk safely wihtout worrying to be robbed. We are surrounded by green areas, parks, and close to everything, 2 blocks away you have public transport, almost any kind of restaurant and grocery stores.
There is public transport around here (3 minutes walk) but is usually chaotic and not easy to understand how it works. I normally recommend using taxis because they are very cheap (USD 4 for a 20 min / 7km ride) or also you can use a Taxi App like Uber, Easy Taxi, Taxi Beat, etc if you want to feel safer (costs around double).
Nothing special, just no noise after 11pm and you have to ask permission before bringing aditional guests.
Stay here and you could give this host their first review!
I like hosting people and showing them around, I have done it a few times and I think Im pretty good at it, I like always making people have fun while they are in my city! I like going out every time I can, going to parties, raves, concerts, etc, the nightlife in Lima is good so I think you are gonna have a nice time here. Also one of my favorite things to do is trying new kinds of food and going out to eat at restaurants and peruvian food is awesome!
