Enjoy a modern stay in Beyoğlu — close to Taksim! Located on 4th floor, this stylish apartment offers a bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom with heating and seasonal AC (May–Oct). The building has elevators, 24/7 security, a café, and paid social facilities (gym, pool, and sauna). Starbucks and Sheraton City Center Hotel are next door, and you can find us easily by searching “Safezone Homes” on Google Maps 🌿

The space
This modern apartment includes one bedroom, a bright living room with a comfortable couch (extendable), an open kitchen, and a stylish bathroom.
The bedroom features a double bed (150 cm), and both rooms have heating and air conditioning (available May – October).
🛏 Extras: An inflatable mattress or baby cot can be arranged upon request. Before every stay, all bedsheets, covers, and towels are washed at 90 °C, and our cleaners spend three hours preparing your spotless home.
☕ Café & breakfast: There’s a coffee shop in the reception area, and a Starbucks right next door, so you can easily grab coffee, breakfast, or snacks anytime.

Located next to the Sheraton City Center Hotel in Beyoğlu, the apartment is 15–20 minutes on foot from Taksim Square.
Since Istanbul is hilly, you can also reach Taksim quickly by taxi ($4–5) or take the free municipal shuttle that runs hourly during the day right across the building to Osmanbey Metro Station.
Free underground parking is available.
Guests have access to the on-site gym, swimming pool, and sauna for $5 per day or $150 per month.
