Jack was really friendly, checking we had everything we needed. The studio was exactly as described, if not better! Such a lovely place. It has a great location as well, right next to all the cafes, shops and tram stop. I could not recommend it enough!
Stayed 10 days at Jack's apartment in St Kilda and it was the perfect base for our stay in Melbourne. It's a new build so it has all mod cons but the best thing about it is the (website hidden) Kilda is a buzzing area with loads of good bars, restaurants, cafes, etc. and Jack's flat is right in the heart of it on Acland Street. Definitely recommended.
Jack is an excellent host who is quick to respond and happy to accommodate your needs. The apartment was exactly what we expected, and was lovely and clean. The neighbourhood was very trendy and Jack left some great suggestions for cafes and restaurants to visit. Great studio, will definitely be back if she will have us!
We really enjoyed our stay in St Kilda and the apartment was a great base for exploring Melbourne. The apartment was in the heart of Acland St so very handy for its bars/ cake shops/ restaurants and only 5 mins away from the beach. We also found it really convenient for the tram into the CBD and a short walk from Albert Park and St Kilda Pier (for penguin spotting!). There's a Woolworths downstairs and a Coles across the road for food shopping. The apartment was very clean and tidy and Jack was very helpful - having myki cards in the apartment is a great idea.
I'm almost reluctant to give a review, as this place was so perfect for us we don't want to share! The location was terrific and right in the middle of Acland St hustle, but so quiet it was almost unbelievable. The apartment is large enough to make-believe you are a local and filled with the little things ( like salt, coffee and even public transport Myki passes) that just make life comfortable. One very minor problem with the wifi, solved immediately with great comms from Jack, and worked perfectly thereafter. V comfortable bed too....slept well, although that could have been helped by the great Melbourne cafes and restaurants! We'll definitely be back- thanks Jack.

About the Host, Jack
An English girl abroad I first visited Australia in 2008. My then 4 year old daughter and I toured the East coast in a camper van and completely fell in love with this gloriously laid-back country. Melbourne became our home over 6 years ago and I have to say, I love this place.
I love the beach, I love the creativity you find within every nook and cranny of this city, I love the coffee, the cheap eats and cafes, the fancy restaurants and global cuisines. I love the markets, the lost afternoons at the park with the kids, I love the stunning views offered by a walk around the famous Albert Park lake, the glorious summer days and the rugged up winters but most of all I love sharing it, enjoying Melbourne with family, friends, sharing her secrets with visitors.
As your host I am more than happy to offer as much help and advice as I can to help you get the best from your time here in St Kilda and Melbourne. I hope that our studio provides everything you may need during your stay and I trust that you will call if there is anything further we can do.
