SOULARD - is one of the trendiest neighborhoods in STL. Cozy and updated one bedroom apartment is the perfect retreat if your looking to be in the heart of STL, without the cost of downtown w/ free parking! Minutes from Downtown/Busch Stadium & other lively neighborhoods. The space
Cozy One Bedroom with a full bath. Full Kitchen like a normal apartment so great for longer stays...especially if you want to cook and a grocery store is only one block away! There is also the local Soulard Market on Saturdays..5 min. walk. The t.v. is local channels only but I provide a ROKU with my netflix already programmed in for streaming. Washer/dryer in basement. Pets are negotiable and must disclose /contact me prior to booking - $10 additional cleaning fee
Security cameras: Ring cameras are installed in exterior and common areas only. No cameras are located inside the unit or in private spaces.
Walk, drive or UBER within just a few miles to everything that STL has to offer: parks, sports, concerts and Arch.
Access to everything in the apartment. Fully furnished and equipped for long term stays. Close to restaurants, a few blocks from the Metrolink . Excellent location for tourists and for relo's to STL.
I am local, live close to the apartment and am available and willing to provide any information/recommendations that guests may need.
My Favorite place in STL is City Museum

Entire one bedroom apartment (not shared) and keys to private laundry area with W/D provided in basement (access to basement only through outside). This building is (URL HIDDEN) parties. Be courteous of other tenants in building. I own the entire 4 family - 2 units are rented to professionals the first floor units are Airbnb.
One FREE Parking behind the unit..or Street parking is free & easy since there are no buildings across the street. Keep in mind STL has street cleaning once a month so pay attention to signs on the streets for that.
Other things to note
Field Foods (grocery store) and Walgreens is a 5 min. walk. And in the spring/summer/fall historic Soulard Farmers Market is a 5 min walk open on Fridays/Saturdays only.
Min. from big corporations such as Anheuser Busch, Ralston Purina, Wells Fargo.

Neighborhood highlights
Soulard is a popular area just a few minutes from downtown. It's one of the hip/fun areas that both young and old love to hang out in. Popular for it's walkable restaurants and corner bars/3rd Largest Mardis Gras Parade/celebration .. Soulard Farmers Market & Anheuser Busch! Restaurants offer shuttle buses to the Stadium and other large events downtown. Just one block to new Field Foods Grocery store and Walgreens.
