  • Perfect location - near Dunedin and great state parks! Vicki gave me excellent tips on where to eat and visit! Was a great host! Thanks so much!

  • Very nice and cozy cottage. Property was clean and bathroom was small but clean with great shower. Love the fast wi-fi and the space in front of the cottage for parking. Cottage is very close to major beaches and other attractions. Had a great time!

  • Good place to stay. Never met Vickie but everything was as shown on the website. Easy walk to the stadium and short drive to beaches in the area.

  • Vicki was a great host and her cottage and gardens are lovely. There is a nice feel about the neighborhood, with friendly neighbors and lots going on in the community. The cottage was clean and peaceful, and also very close to the beach and other attractions.

  • This little place is special. Vicki's garden really gives you a tropical experience.
Two great helpful things - the close had beach chairs and beach towels in it for us to use, and Vicki's notebook has the name of an organic grocery store (yes, we forget the name) which has a FABULOUS salad bar, with way more than salad, which made really tasty suppers for us!
    We had a great time!

  • We could not have had a better vacation - everything was superb....

  • Vicki"s cottage was perfect for my needs: comfortable, conveniently located for the business I had to take care of, and VERY reasonably priced. Thanks again for the herbal ginger tea, Vicki.

  • What a nice cottage just a block off of the Pinellas Trail. A quiet neighborhood located close to either Clearwater beach and Dunedin. The vegetation and trees are beautiful. Easy check-in/out, use of a bicycle and I wish I would have had the time to try some fresh eggs from the chickens on the grounds but perhaps next time......Thanks for the pleasurable stay Vicki.

  • A nice place to stay, with a nice host! Vicki's cottage is very cute. She offers a complete package to her guests: good parking, a well equipped kitchen and the shower and toilet are just fine. There is an excellent wifi signal and nice stays in front of the cottage and in her garden. We loved to sit under the banana plant with a glass of white wine in the afternoon.

Clearwater is an excellent starting point whether for visiting beaches, going on hiking trails, shopping or going into nightlife. Grand tip: the organic store as mentioned the refrigerator. Great food and very nice olives to go with the white wine :)

  • This place was just what I needed and more! The cottage is very neat and comfortable. The whole area was very safe and quiet, and the cottage gives you a nice amount of privacy. The rest of the property was a real treat, it was clear a lot of love has gone into this sweet garden (edible oasis). I also was blessed to get to spend some time with Vicki and her tenants, whom live on the other side of the property... If you are the type who likes to connect with people, especially locals, this is the place for you! If you don't, this is still the place for you, as I said you have lots of privacy!

Dunedin is near by which is home to many local "farm-to-table" eateries and a friendly little downtown area. The beaches are a short drive and really lovely!

Hi, welcome to Florida! I'm as low key and easy going as it gets. I love nature and have a big, edible garden behind the cottage. I also enjoy kayaking, art, books, theater, crafts and of course having fun with my family and friends. My favorite vacation was a road trip out west with my camper and my dog. It lasted three months and I hiked all over Colorado, Utah and New Mexico. What scenery! Being an Airbnb host has been an amazing experience. I've enjoyed meeting so many wonderful people.
