Come Shell Away is a beautiful, new 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home in the heart of Port A, within walking distance of restaurants, shops, nightlife, and the beach. Enjoy entertaining in this breathtaking beach home, where you will live the beach lifestyle in luxury and comfort. This home offers everything you need for an unforgettable vacation, including EV charging, stocked kitchen, private heated pool, grill, TVs in each bedroom, full-sized washer/dryer, and well-designed styling throughout.

The space
Once inside Come Shell Away, you will enjoy open living space in this two-level home. The kitchen is well stocked, including a full-size refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker for ground coffee and K-cup coffee, Ninja blender, hand mixer, crock pot, toaster, and all the pots, pans, and cooking tools you will need. If sipping on a cocktail is your thing, Come Shell Away is fully stocked with all the appropriate glasses. The dining area, just off the kitchen, is furnished with a large dining table that seats ten, with an additional four seats at the breakfast bar. The spacious living area offers a pull-out sectional sofa, a bench for extra seating, a TV console full of games for various ages, and a large smart TV. Enjoy your coffee, book, or favorite cocktail on the patio, just off the living area.

Located on the second floor, the primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, a smart TV, and an en suite bathroom. The beautifully decorated bathroom has a soaking tub, a walk-in shower, double vanities, and a private toilet room. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, a smart TV, and an en suite bathroom. This bathroom has a combination bathtub/shower.

Located on the first floor are two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom with a shower. The third guest bedroom offers a queen-size bed with a smart TV. The fourth bedroom is a bunk room with two sets of twin over full-size bunk beds and a smart TV. A full-size washer and dryer are available for use.

When you need a break from the beach, take a dip in the private *heated cocktail pool or cook on the Webber kettle charcoal grill. There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach. There is also a bench in front of the house to sit and relax.

Come Shell Away also offers an electric vehicle charging plug and parking for four vehicles.
