A: No. The bedrooms do not have windows. The only windows are in the living room, which overlooks the beach.

Q: Is smoking allowed anywhere on the property?
A: No. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit, on the balcony, and anywhere within the multi-family complex, as required by Manhattan Beach law. Violations may be reported to the booking platform and could result in cancellation of your reservation without refund.

Q: Is there construction nearby?
A: Yes. Some nearby construction may cause daytime noise, but the area remains safe and welcoming during your stay.

Q: Can I use the fireplace?
A: The fireplace is non–fire-burning and features an electronic insert, offering ambiance without an open flame.

Q: Where is the fuse box located?
A: The fuse box is in the utility room and requires a key for access. If any power issues occur, we will provide the key location.

Q: Is there an iron available?
A: We provide a handheld steamer to meet your ironing needs.
