A beautifully remodeled 1st floor studio condo unit that sleeps 2. The unit has a KING size bed. There are newer ceramic tile floors throughout and a remodeled kitchen with granite counter tops and a bathroom with ceramic tile shower. This is a great unit for a romantic getaway. Plus, FREE beach parking. We are located at Upham Beach, which is tucked away from Gulf Boulevard. Perfect location!! Many restaurants and bars within walking distance & Paradise Grill steps away on the beach.

The space
This is a beautifully remodeled 1st floor STUDIO condo that is located beach side and pool side in the complex. Parking is FREE for our guests. The unit sleeps 2. The unit has a re is a King-size bed and boasts ceramic tile floors throughout and remodeled kitchen with granite countertops. The full-size refrigerator is great for keeping your drinks cool at the beach and the pool. The bathroom has a beautiful ceramic tile shower. There is a large 50” HD TV with premier cable and high-speed wireless internet service, DVD player, and sound bar. Enjoy the heated pool right outside the unit. There is also a poolside shower to clean off those sandy toes. The beach can be seen from the front windows and is located directly across from the condo, approximately 100 feet. Enjoy a gorgeous sunset or a morning breakfast at “Paradise Grill” on the beautiful Upham Beach, steps away and on one of the top-rated beaches in the world. It's a well-kept secret of St. Pete Beach. Or you can enjoy your coffee or meals poolside right outside the unit. Come and experience this gorgeous beach paradise while relaxing in this newly remodeled unit, tastefully decorated and well planned with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Just bring your swimsuit and enjoy! The unit includes beach chairs, umbrella, beach bag, cooler and more plus, the unit is on the ground level, so no messing with stairs to carry your beach gear up and down. You can clean off at the pool shower and jump in the pool after a warm day at the beach. It's very refreshing! This is a great unit for a romantic getaway. Come and enjoy our beautiful sunsets, serene sunrises, sun filled days and moonlit nights at this beautiful destination spot here at St. Pete Beach. There are many restaurants that are within walking distance on and off the beach, as well as shops on Corey Avenue and surrounding areas.

Enjoy the heated pool right outside the door. There is a poolside shower to clean off those sandy toes. The beach can be seen from the front windows, and it is located directly across from the condo, just steps away with easy access. The unit is on the ground level, so no fussing with stairs to carry your beach gear up and down after a hot day at the beach. You can clean off at the pool shower and jump. It is very refreshing. The location is awesome and is tucked back off the main road (Gulf Blvd), but still walking distance to many restaurants and bars on and off the beach.

There are many restaurants and shops that are within walking distance. Corey Avenue is closeby, where you can enjoy quaint shops and restaurants. Every Sunday there is a Farmer's Market with fresh produce and craft and food booths. There are many cruise options, as well as the historic John’s Pass, or you can simply hop on the free shuttle trolley and experience all that St. Pete has to offer.

Watersports are close by as well as St. Petersburg Pier, Fort Desoto Park and many other attractions.

If you have access to Groupon, you can find many deals on boating such as sailing, kayaking, cruises and many restaurants.

We live in St. Louis, MO. We purchased our condo in 2015. We love St. Pete Beach and enjoy sharing it with our guests. Jim plays guitar and I sing. Traveling and gardening are fun hobbies for us. We love spending time with family and friends and have 7 grown children, 9 grandkids and 4 kitty cats. We visit St. Pete whenever we can. It is our happy place. The beach is amazing, so we spend most of our time being beach bums when in town.
