The space
Beautiful oceanfront private villa at the best wingfoil/kiteboard/windsurf spot in the bay of Paracas. Located at walking distance to the best restaurants by the beach. WIFI equipped.

The 40m2 unit in the villa (Side B) is equipped for TWO people with:
- One Queen-size bed
- A beautiful oceanview and poolview terrace
- A spacious bathroom
- A living area with a bar, equipped with a electric kettle, small fridge, cups and coffee.
- Access to the villa's facilities (private lap pool, white sand beach, fire-pit and hammocks)
- Fresh water supply, not salty
NOTE: The cleaning fee in this listing covers the 20-meter, private lap pool and ammenities maintenance, in addition to the rental unit, at a bargain cost.
While in town, guests can also order by phone one of Cordon Bleu Chef Fabi´s EXQUISITE gourmet quiches and desserts.
Regarding activities, during your stay you can simply relax and enjoy the private Italian-style lap pool, or kiteboard, paddle, fish, waterski and surf, or even learn the NEW HYDROFOIL SURFING sport, in the beautiful bay of Paracas and in the Natural Reserve (at your expense). The location is blessed with world-class sailing conditions year round. For advanced kiters and wingfoilers, you can depart from and return to the villa’s private kitebeach.

The Bay of Paracas is sunny about 90% of the days in the year due to it's microclimate. The desert meets the ocean in this majestic region of Peru, a paradise for sailing sports and photography. Sailing conditions are great throughout the year, with thermal winds ranging from 14-30knots about 95% of the days between August and early May.
The beach in front of the villa hosts a wide variety birds, such as: white egrets, Peruvian pelicans, sandpipers, white-cheeked pintails, oyster catchers, whimbrels, blue herons, black skimmers, elegant and royal terns, Peruvian gulls, blue & white swallows, falcons, ospreys, black and turkey vultures, burrowing owls, Peruvian thick-knees, and of course, flamingos. The flamingos are seasonal in front of the villa. Also, the bay hosts colonies of dolphins and sea turtles, and is one of the world's larger scallop farming sites. A morning walk will connect you with nature.
Moving around is via public transportation, taxi cab or walking. A taxi cab can pick you from the villa to go into town (about 3km distance) or take tours. When staying three or more nights, you may find more convenient renting a car, to fully explore the natural reserve beaches, restaurants and area in general.

Villa Kite is a special place due to its quiet neighborhood and natural surroundings, and the warmth of its host and friends. The villa is not a hotel. The owner shares his knowledge of the area, and his passion for watersports and nature, with guests.
You can get to Paracas in 3+ hours in the Cruz del Sur buses (verify departure times from Lima in their website). They have return buses almost hourly in the afternoon. You can also rent a car in the Lima airport.

Other things to note
- DINING: Usually there is no need to go to town for lunch and dinner. Just about 200 meters South, walking on the beach, you will find a nice restaurant inside hotel Doubletree, overlooking their pool. They also have a good breakfast buffet. Just let them know you are renting our villa and that you will be paying. You can also rent their kayaks.
- WATER: The villa has fresh water supply, not salty water like several oceanfront places. However, you need to bring drinking water when coming to Paracas anywhere.
