  • This is a great apartment in a great neighbourhood. It is located just off a major roadway that is easily navigable by bus and by tram, and despite the traffic, the apartment is in a very quiet area of the building. There is much to explore on foot, too, since the area is full of shops and restaurants. Easily accessible to the Gianiculum, the Trastevere train station and central Rome. The apartment was very clean and tidy and all utilities (washer, wifi, tv, etc.) functioned well. The hosts, Freddy and Antonella, were very hospitable, and made sure that I was comfortable. I would happily stay here again.

  • Freddy is a very kind host. His response via Airbnb is really quick.
At our late arrival at our first day he offered to cook for us. After we denied he showed us a wonderful restaurant.
The apartment is clean and well equipped. Everything was how it was written in the offer. The area is well connected by public transportation and really safe.
I totally recommend Freddy and his apartment! He made our stay wonderful!

  • We had a great stay in this very large, very clean and airy studio with separate kitchen (there's a bed plus trundle bed in the living room, which made it a reasonable setup for two friends traveling together). We were welcomed by the hosts, who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. This was a welcome retreat from the more touristy areas of Rome - it's outside of that area, but very straightforward to travel in and out via tram. Further, there's a gelatto shop right next store (Zuppa Inglese-flavor was the BEST), espresso place across the street and a grocery store right around the corner - all of which made for a welcome departure from the typical touristy experience. It's also very simple to get to and from the airport (the tram takes you right to Trastevere station, which has regional rail lines running directly to FCO)

  • Freddy and Antonella were very helpful and were available to help answer a few of our random questions. The place was clean, quiet, and an easy train into the city center. There is a bakery and great market within a 100M which made this a great spot to call home base for a week. Highly recommended!

  • The apartment is just perfect! Spacious, clean, calm.. I wouldn't mind living there! It's also just a few tram stops away from the center and the hosts Antonella (and Freddy) are very caring and nice.

Hello, I'm Freddy and I work as tour manager and art director with many famous artists in Italy. For this I travel frequently and I love meeting new (website hidden) interests are music, books and vintage cars. I have two, and 'a Vespa 50 years. The image you see on the profile it's 'my portrait (more' or less) made by a friend. The ears are not so 'and friends tell me that I am more' cute :) I like to cook and often invited friends for dinner. I prefer light meals with organic ingredients. I feel very comfortable in this neighborhood where I found a lot 'of all kinds of interesting situations and moreover' quiet and very close to the center of the city '. Before I lived in S. Giovanni. The owner of the apartment ,Antonella, is a dear friend and she's happy with my initiative on airnb and she helps me cause I don't speak english very well! I am a sociable person and I like to entertain and amuse people. I began my career as an animator in the villages.
