This is one of the few places in the area with free parking.
Easy access to downtown and BC Place for FIFA Vancouver matches. This mid century modern bungalow is a great place to relax or work. Lots of beautiful walks in the area including Capilano River and Cleveland Dam.

The space

The architect, Ned Pratt was highly influential in the early modern west coast architectural movement and laid the paving stones for the next generation of modernists including Arthur Erickson, Ron Thom and Barry Downs.

This mid century modern house has been completely restored and updated. The living, dining and kitchen all open out to the patio and lush gardens.

Features include a wood burning fireplace (wood supplied), gas stove, dishwasher, washer/dryer, bar, skylights, original gold leaf wall, persian carpets, original art work including back lit panel, one bedroom (queen bed), bathroom with free standing contemporary tub... tres chic *

Relax and enjoy in this unique open concept house & 3/4 acre property. You will feel like you are in the country but just minutes from the city. 10 minutes to downtown. Perfect for an elegant holiday or a quiet respite.
