Fue muy buena la experiencia. La ubicación perfecta y el lof encantador
wonderfull place, definetely recommended. Nice restaurants around full of kind people (as any Uruguayan). Place is quite big and cozy for a really nice price.
ganz spezielle Wohnung für 3 Personen in perfekter Lage
This loft is a very unique space in Montevideo. It's in a great location, the day, but it can get quiet at night if nothing is happening at Teatro Solis.
We never saw Sebastian - he's a hands-off host, which is fine by me!
The loft is large and would be comfortable for a small family, or a longer stay. It definitely wasn't as clean as a hotel would be, but that goes along with the charm of staying in a historic building. The unique style and design makes up for it.
The location of this loft, with a direct view of the extraordinary architecture of Teatro Solis, as well as the wonderful ambiance of people gathering and dispersing for events, create a special, authentic, and intimate slice of fine arts culture in Montevideo.
The loft is as shown in the photographs; appointed with beautiful rustic antiques, sparsely decorated, but with great taste.
We felt completely at home.
The host was easily reachable and very pleasant.
very nice apartment, everything was like the description but the lower bed should be replaced by a new mattress. and dont forget you're in the middle of a city above an restaurant... so its not really quiet at night and there is no air condition so the windows must be open.

About the Host, Las Mulitas
Las Mulitas is a personal venture that i ve been creating for several years in my hometown Montevideo.
Choosing properties I consider very special for historical and architectural reasons, and putting special care in its restoration and subsequent careful decoration, to offer to my foreigners guest from all over the world,to make them feel comfortable.
Either in our houses or shared residence, we are looking for friendly and simple guests who come to this city with the intention of living a different experience and leave with great memories and not just beautiful souvenir photos.
We like to share conversations, moments and laughs with our guests, wish them forward to returning soon they're gone.
As I live with my family near to the properties rented through airbnb, I am always available to give advise and help.
We love meeting new people and customs, be sure that this is your place
