About This Listing
Nice double room with two single beds but can be joined or separated. It has a little table with lamp, an electric heater and a donkey wheel to hang your things. The apartment is newly renovated, so possibly be the first brand new bed! The apartment is very large and very bright. The living room has large windows that let in the morning sun. The kitchen is great too, and although so far only has the basics, it's cozy.
DURING THE MONTHS OF JANUARY AND FEBRUARY SPECIAL OPENING 18 euros double room.

We had a lot of privacy, which was great! The metro was super close. They provided all the essentials that we would need; cooking supplies, towels, toilet paper, sheets, wifi. It was perfect for us to use as a home base, travel through the day and come back and relax at night. The beds were comfortable and there were fans if we needed. For independent travelers- this place was amazing for the price! If you're expecting hotel service and tour guides though, this isn't what you're looking for.
We were at raquels house for two nights. We saw raquel at our second day and she was a very friendly and open Person.
But in the beginning we felt not so comfortable, We get the key from the very unfriendly neighbour who didn't speak english.
Our room was okay, and not as warm as the temperatur outside. But the dishes in the kitchen weren't clean and the bathroom wasn't renovated as the describtion said.
The flat is near the centre and to a supermarket ans it's easy to use the sub.
Sufficient, cheap room on the outskirts of town. It was great to have the house so close to a Metro stop. Raquel was out of town so another person who lives in the building met us, gave us the tour and provided the key. We didn't get tickets to the Real Madrid game but there was a TV in the living room so we could watch it. There is a small market called Dia about 100 meters up the street (walking away from the metro, on opposite side) so we bought some groceries and had full access to the kitchen. No one else stayed but us those 3 nights so we had the whole house (with the exception of the other bedrooms which were locked). If you are looking for a cheap, no-frills place, this is great. If you need to be near the action or are looking for a room that feels more like a hotel, better to pay a little more and stay in the center.
Raquel was very communicative and despite some hiccups the first day (due to our flight being delayed - not Raquel's fault), it was a very pleasant experience. The flat is on a big street and practically next to the metro station, so getting around from it is very easy, and there's also a supermarket nearby and an ATM right next door. We had the whole place to ourselves, which obviously was great. It's a cozy flat; it's not super modern but it's got everything one needs. One thing you should note though is that the isolation is a bit thin, so it's not ideal in the winter. Thanks for giving us a great place to stay, Raquel. :)
The flat is close to the metro station. It's easy to get ther even from the airport. We had all apartment to ourselves which was nice and comfortable. Raquel wasn't in Madrid but theer was her friend who gave us keys and provided necessary information. The room and bathroom need little refresh. The bed was comfortable, but the room was noisy. Kitchen was well equipped. All in all we would recommend the place, but bring your earplugs for good night sleep.
Everything was perfect. The apartment was in a very good condition. Clean an tidy. We were alone so we could really feel like home. It's next to the metro station and has a shop open till 23, I guess, nearby. I'm really grateful and I strongly recommend Raquel's apartment.
First airbnb experience and happy to say it was a good one! Racquel left great travel instructions for us and suggestions on what to do. Location is a 40min walk from the city centre or less than 10mins by bus!
