Comfy happy room in Kreuzkölln

Apartment - Private room · Weserstraße, Berlin, Berlin 12059, Germany

The Space

Hello friends,

are you interested in a nice sunny cozy comfortable happy room in the new trend-area Berlin-Kreuzkölln? Then I can offer you one!

The room has a huge sleeping couch which is very comfortable, a tv set, a nice terrace overlooking Berlin (as the apartment is right under the roof) and more. You can see the room and terrace on the pictures.

The apartment has everything you need, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave, bathroom with bathtub, ... .

My apartment was featured on the airbnb-blog, find it on (website hidden) by searching for "Aarons Weltumtrunk".

Weserstraße is right in the new hip area Kreuzkölln with new bars, restaurants and art galleries opening all the time, just a few blocks away. It is also just around the corner from the canal, which is great for jogging or relaxing in spring and summer. Also perfect: a REWE supermarket is next door and open till 10 pm.

In case you do want to get away: that's easy, too. Just one minute away is the bus stop with the lines 171 (to Berlin-Schönefeld Airport) and the M41 (to Potsdamer Platz, Central Station). About 8 minutes walking distance is the S-Bahn station Sonnenallee with the Circle line (S41, S42) as well as the metro-station Karl-Marx-Straße (U7 - takes you across the city).

In case I forgot to mention anything I am always just an e-mail or a phone call away! :-)

  • Aaron was the perfect host! Picked us up from the airport and was really helpful from the beginning and throughout our whole stay. The room was nice, with a lovely view from the balcony. And the whole apartment along with the neighbourhood was fabulous. We enjoyed everything and it made our stay in Berlin complete. Therefore we higly recommend you staying at Aaron's place! :)

  • Our stay at this apartment was great. Aaron gave us warm greeting and provided all necessary information, recommendations in local bike rental service and even Lonely Planet guide to Berlin and prepaid cell-phone!

Our room was clean, bright and beautiful, there was nice balcony to enjoy sunset or morning coffee. Kitchen had everything we need and can possibly think of.

Apartments is close to local hipster bars area, but rather far from historic center. We rented couple of bikes so this was not a problem for us, route to center was about 20 minutes. And comparing to bus or subway this is much more enjoyable, letting you see more local city life.

  • Aaron was a perfect host! Kind and very helpful (regarding touristic information, neighbourhood etc.) The appartment was nice, clean and with all the facilities you need. With public transport very closeby you can get everywhere in berlin quickly. I would definately stay at Aarons place again if I would return to Berlin!

  • I stayed with Aaron over New Year, and would highly recommend staying with him. He was a very gracious host, offering tips on how to get around, and even giving us a mobile SIM so we could make calls while we were in Berlin! His apartment is as nice as it looks in the pictures, and it happens to be just a short walk from some great nightlife. He really knows how to look after guests, thanks again Aaron.

  • Awesome. Stay if Aaron if possible! Good location in Berlin, great host. Really nothing to complain about. The place is nice, its a refreshing climb up the stairs to the apartment. Has a cool view and terrace if it is warm enough for you to be out there. Really made the experience in Berlin for me.

  • We had a really pleasant stay in the flat of Aaron in Berlin. We found everything exactly as described in the apartment. Aaron was a really delightful host and offered a bottle of wine as welcome greeting in our room. Was a really nice gesture.

If you love to travel around Europe, this is the right accommodation for you in Berlin. A big map of the city and a travelguide from LonelyPlanet are ready for your recherche on the private room there.

There are direct bus connections to the terminal of Schönefeld Airport (BBI-Airport) with Bus N° 171 every 20 minutes (travel time: 45 min - 3,00 € for ABC-Ticket) and to the main station "Berlin Hauptbahnhof" with Metro-Bus N° M 41 every 10 minutes (travel time: 30 min. - 2,30 € for AB-Ticket) from the bus stop "Hertzbergplatz" - just two minutes walk away from the flat.

Very attractive for a little walk in this part of the town is the district around "Richardplatz" and the streets along the bank side of the "Landwehrkanal" into the northwesterly direction until "Görlitzer Park", especially in summer.

  • Aaron is a great host! Really kind person. He has been really helpful in giving great advises about the city. The flat is a very quite place and it's very easy to get to central Berlin from Aaron's place. We really enjoyed having a breakfast on the terrace even in late october! Thank you Aaron.

  • Aaron was the most gracious host we have ever had the pleasure of staying with! He answered his emails instantaneously, was extremely polite, and was completely thorough and helpful. He gave us detailed directions to his house and waited up for us to arrive. He gave us our own little room with a balcony, a fold out bed, a television, and a little table with a pad of paper and a Berlin Lonely Planet guidebook for planning our time in the city. He had a professionally prepared paper with instructions and details including Wi-fi and food and where the nearest grocery stores are, etc. He even had a bottle of wine and two glasses for us as a gift!

His apartment is beautiful and in a fantastic location. Only minutes walk from the bus stop and 10 minutes to the nearest S bahn station. He is next door to a grocery store and his balcony overlooks a beautiful area. He lives on the top floor of his building - he even had glasses of water ready for us after lugging our bags up the staircase! He clearly loves his city, and his Berlin art all over his apartment along with plenty of maps, both geographic and road/transit maps.

Aaron provided us with an amazing experience in Berlin and we can't thank him enough. If you're visiting this wonderful city, I would highly recommend Aaron. We cannot thank him enough.

About
I'm a connector. I love to dance but I can't dance. The desire to travel and to keep moving is part of who I am - I love going to other places and feeling like being at home there, and making people feel at home in Berlin. I love my friends, that's whom I spend most of my time with. Apart from my job, but luckily I love that as well, because it's about marketing and social media - two things which my brain seems to be made for. You know what? Just get to know me, that's the easiest!
