This villa is much more than just a house: it’s a cozy cocoon with stunning views of the marina and a spa open year-round, just steps from the beaches! The center of Roscoff, with its shops and restaurants, is about a 20-minute walk or 5 minutes by car. Hikers will appreciate the immediate access to the GR34 long-distance hiking trail, and golfers can enjoy a 9-hole course in Carantec, just 15 minutes away by car. An unforgettable stay awaits you!

The space
The house, with sea views and a jacuzzi, is ultra-modern and spans three levels.

Ground Floor: A fenced garden to enjoy an outdoor jacuzzi heated to 38°C and open year-round! You will find 2 bedrooms (2 double master bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms and storage) and an additional room, referred to as a "cabin," measuring 5m² with a bunk bed that can accommodate two extra beds if needed (for children/teenagers).

First Floor: The living space is spacious with a large, fully equipped open kitchen featuring a central island for dining with friends and family! The living area opens onto a lounge and offers fantastic sea views, making it a pleasure to spend time on the beautifully furnished wooden terrace.

Second Floor: This level features a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

The villa has everything you need to feel at home.

PET POLICY:
Only dogs are accepted with an additional fee of €50 for the stay. Maximum: 1 dog. They are not allowed in the sleeping areas (hallways and bedrooms).

It is expected that upon departure, the rental is returned clean and tidy; otherwise, a cleaning fee of €35 per hour will be charged. A professional cleaning is performed after each departure and before each arrival to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.

Depending on the season, availability, and service, it may be possible to request an early check-in or a late check-out. In such cases, the additional fee will be paid on-site and calculated pro rata based on the 24-hour rate and period.
