We had a great time. The apartment was exactly what we expected. Was very comfortable and the location was excellent!
The Apartment was just what I was after. Great location, perfect for singles or couples looking to explore the area on foot. Walking up or down the coast between Coogee and Bondi.
My parents and I popped over to Sydney to visit my brother in Clovelly and this was the perfect apartment for our stay. Great vibe in the apartment and Cate was extremely helpful leading up to our stay. We would love to stay here again.
Spacious apartment in a great location - minutes from the beach and lovely cafes. Perfect for us and our toddling daughter. Apartment had everything we needed. Only slight hitch was getting in as there was a mix up with keys - sorted out quickly but a bit stressful after a long flight. Cate was really quick at getting back to me and very accommodating with my last minute requests.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Cate's place. The close proximity to the beach made it possible for many swims, also public transport close by made getting around easy.
There was everything we need in the apartment to make it a comfortable stay for our family.
We would recommend Cate's apartment to anyone!
Absolutely loved our stay in Clovelly... The house was exactly as described and couldn't have been more homely. The Yorkshire Tea that had been left in the cupboard made us laugh as we were actually in the country from Yorkshire!! The eastern beaches coastal walk that passes close to the house is a must, even if your not a big walker. The area is very hilly but you get used to it very quickly and there are bus stops to both the city and bondi junction that seem to run every 15/20mins depending on which bus you want to get close by. I would defiantly book again, especially as Cate was very quick to respond to any queries or questions and she made the booking process easier as I had never used the website before.
The apartment has been a real home from home for me - myself and my little boy have had lots of fun. The home is very well laid out with two good sized bedrooms - the master bedroom is very spacious. The kitchen has everything that you need inc. a great coffee machine - a must when managing a toddler early morning! The kitchen also has a good size table and the setting is lovely for informal supper with Family or friends.
The lounge room is very comfy and snug and the sofa perfect for relaxing with a book or the TV (which is also great quality).
There is an internal laundry which makes life easy too.
The apartment location is stunning - there are beautiful walks just on your door step across to Bronte or down the hill to Clovelly beach where you can enjoy a leisurely stroll with coffee in hand to Gordon's Bay or head further up the hill to Clovelly main village where pottering around is a must!
Cate has been wonderful - my plans have changed over time and she's been really accommodating of me extending my stay. She has provided lots of information on the apartment and answered any queries promptly.
Go and stay - you won't be disappointed. Really good value for money for a truly beach side hide away.
Sign in, grab a schooner or a G&T and sit out on the lawn as the sunsets. You can even play bowls if you're keen. They don't serve any food here though.
Closest swimming beach and ultra safe for the less experienced swimmers.
For the most glorious views when you're walking up to the shops for milk and bread!
A great spot for a beer on weekends / evenings and if you're a sports fan you can see all the big games there.
They do serve food but it isn't great for the price you pay.
I could go on and on but I won't, let's just say they do great coffee and delicious food and fantastic service. Check out the garden in the back too.
Bakery favoured by five star restaurants. Not to everyones taste but the little seeded baguettes are excellent.
Grab your snorkel and explore.
Closest surf beach. Swim between the flags though!
The best Thai in Sydney, possibly even the world. Except for in Thailand of course. Get the pork belly, the deep fried snapper. Bring a cold beverage to calm the chilli burn and enjoy.
