I love the neighborhood. It is close to Broadway which has good restaurants and also close to Burlingame Ave. which has great shopping and restaurants. The cottage is small but the bed is a queen. There is a small but very nice kitchen. Everything seems pretty new. The enormous tree outside the cottage is wonderful. The cottage is set back on the property so it's very quiet.
The cabin is so very quiet and is nestled in a nook of the garden which gives you both indoor and outdoor space. It was super clean and had all high end appliances and all the kitchen gear you could ever need. It was also great to have a full stove and oven as well. The bed is very comfortable and I am picky about my beds. Will definitely stay here again! Brian was always super quick with his responses to my questions as well. Thanks Brian for a great stay!
Our stay at Brian's cottage was once again a very pleasant experience. Brian is an excellent host, helpful and accommodating, and his place is very quiet, comfortable, and easy to get to and from with convenient parking.
Very pleasant 13 days stay!
Host: Brian was friendly and easy to reach, communication was no problem.
Cottage: The photos are extremely accurate. Room was very clean, amenities, including wifi, are modern and works great. The decor and lighting makes you feel really at home!
Neighborhood: Wonderful! Literally 5 minutes walk to the cute broadway main street, with plenty of good eateries. Street parking on the same street/block was easy to find.
Location: Quick highway access and to surrounding city downtowns.
Overall experience was above standard, highly recommended~
Excelente mi estadía en la casa, Brian es un muy buen anfitrión , volvería a alquilarla gracias Brian
This Cottage under a giantesque oak tree has been a real home for me. Brian was a attentive host and offered me support in case I would need it.
The place is equipped like you see it the pictures, although a foto can never represent the real feeling of that space. You will find WiFi, towels, bedsheets, electric heating, hairdryer, well equipped kitchen, ..... all you need. I f there is something special you may require, you can get back to Brian and he would help you out.
The area is peaceful and I found really affordable high quality restaurants just around the corner.
I would highly recommend this space - especially for single-travelling women and I felt completely safe during my stay.
I had a great stay. The cottage is a nice space and I didn't have a single issue. Everything was in order and as expected. I would definitely stay there again.

I am from Ashland, OR, just across the Oregon border. I have been in San Francisco for 15 years now. I recently moved to Burlingame and find the town feel a lot like home. Yet, can be in the city in minutes so its a perfect combination.
