Our ocean front guest suite offers sweeping views of the beach and ocean and includes a separate entrance, king size bed, fireplace, luxurious bathroom, private outside seating patio with fire pit and your own steps down to the beach. Relax on the patio as you watch pelicans and dolphins and fall asleep to soothing ocean waves. Awake in the morning to homemade warm scones, fresh fruit, and eggs delivered to your door. We do not allow children or pets. Catch our amazing sunsets!

The space
Our ocean front guest suite offers sweeping views of the beach and ocean and includes a separate entrance, king size bed, fireplace, oscillating tower fan with remote, luxurious bathroom, private outside seating patio with fire pit and your own steps down to the beach. Relax on your own private patio as you watch the pelicans and dolphins. There is a maximum of 2 adults and no children or pets. Awake in the morning to homemade warm scones, fresh fruit, eggs and juice delivered to your door. Electric vehicle charging available. Catch our amazing sunsets!

Guest access
Guests have access to their private suite on the beach which has a separate entrance down a set of stairs with a private patio and steps down to the beach. Guests can park right in front of the house. This private suite has a separate outside entry with a key code allowing for easy check in and check out. Easy access to quaint town of Cayucos and Morro Bay.

During your stay
When possible, hosts will greet guests and answer questions. Wine country, hiking, dining, micro breweries and other activities information available.

Neighborhood highlights

In front of your room is a beautiful 6.5 mile beach excellent for walking or running. Awake each morning to catch the first rays of sunshine illuminating the cresting waves. Cayucos, a quaint seaside village, awaits you 2 miles down the beach. Cayucos state beach is known for its pristine natural beauty and its cleanliness. Directly behind our house is Paraglider Hill to watch the paragliders sailing down the hill to land on the beach. This hill is also a great hike to get a expansive view of the coastline. Be sure to ask us for directions to the secret succulent garden down the beach. Also, check out the small lagoon down the beach where you can often view blue herons and egrets hunting. Enjoy walking the Cayucos pier as you watch the surfers on the waves.
A newly built(2017) community heated lap swimming pool is available at Morro Bay High School(3 miles away). Nearby enjoy kayaking and stand up paddle boarding in Morro Bay. Wine tasting at over 150 wineries within 25 minute drive. Many new microbreweries within 20 minutes. Hearst Castle is a 25 minute drive up Highway 1. Coastal hiking from Cayucos and also at Montana de Oro State Park. Elephant seal viewing 20 minutes up the coast. Morro Bay (fishing village) is 5 minutes away and downtown Cayucos is 5 minutes away. San Luis Obispo is 20 miles south on Highway 1.
