This beautifully updated ATTACHED studio is part of a charming mid-century beach bungalow. Just minutes from world-famous Huntington Beach and several other stunning California beaches, it's the perfect coastal retreat.

The space
Welcome to The Huntington Beach Nest, a private retreat that has been lovingly hosted by Adela for over 9 years. This attached 400 sq. ft. studio offers a private entrance, plenty of natural light, and a luxurious, spacious feel.

Inside, you'll find a California king bed that guests consistently rave about for its comfort. The studio features a modern kitchenette and large, spa-like bathroom.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare simple meals: an electric kettle, toaster oven, microwave, mini refrigerator, infrared electric range, Keurig coffee maker, plates, bowls, pot and pans, utensils, creamer, tea and coffee.

The bathroom is designed with comfort in mind and includes a walk-in shower, dual vanity, bidet toilet, and even a state-of-the-art washer/dryer unit.

For entertainment, a brand-new 55" smart TV is available with access to Netflix, Hulu, DIsney+, ESPN, and Prime Video.

Step outside and enjoy the lush garden, where Monarch butterflies and hummingbirds are often spotted in the spring and summer. A private patio with seating and a gas fireplace is the perfect spot to relax and unwind.

The studio is attached to the main house but is private, with its own entrance. Also, the property is close to the beach but is not within walking distance. Please keep this in mind when booking.
We do have one friendly dog that lives on the property and a super friendly cat that will greet you and often walk you to your space, if she's outside.

Neighborhood highlights

In an upscale neighborhood and only 2.2 miles to the beach. The neighborhood is beautiful. Take a walk around and enjoy many of the custom homes and beautiful gardens. We are also located across the street from a lovely park with a duck/geese pond and play ground. Every evening you can watch as the ducks and geese fly over our property to settle in for the night. We are a short drive to Huntington Harbor, downtown Huntington Beach, wonderful restaurants, bars and numerous grocery stores. Everything you need is within a few mile radius.
