Liam and Katherine made us feel most welcome to their hill top B&B. We were greeted with a twinkling smile and great tips about the area. Upon arrival I had the opportunity to spend time getting to know Katherine which was lovely. The bedroom was clean comfortable and offered a wonderful view of the Church across the street. Timoleague is a smaller town with a beautiful view of abbey ruins and a bay that is about a 30 mins drive from Kinsale and 45 mins from Cork City. There are wonderful walking trails close to town. The neighborhood is primarily residential with a few B&B options close to a few pubs that have music in the evenings and there is a trendy restaurant in town called Dillon's. Breakfast was tasty and satisfying I had eggs and toast while by boyfriend had the full Irish! We had a change in our plans and didn't end up having breakfast our 2nd morning but Liam made sure we had options to grab before we left and even gave us free range of the kitchen. I really appreciated that. I very much enjoyed spending time at Panorama House and would personally recommend a stay here!

Liam and Catherine made us very welcome, on arriving Liam gave my husband and I very comprehensive guide to the area with lots of information on walks and local restaurants. Unfortunately my husband had to return home so I had 3 nights on my home. Liam & Catherine made me feel part of the family, excellent Irish breakfast, off the road secure parking, they have a beautiful home situated on a hill above the village. I was able to use a lovely family room with TV and outside patio with sensational view. The village is small with everything you need, two excellent restaurants Dillions & Monks Lane such a friendly village made even more special as The Harvest Festival was taking place. A beautiful wild life walk from Timoleague to Courtmascherry, the country side is stunning beautiful walks & drives with hidden beaches I will certainly be coming back to the area & I would recommend the area B&B to friends.

My wife Catherine and I built our home, more than 40 years ago in the charming, monastic village of Timoleague. Our seaside home was opened to visitors, as a Bord Fáilte Approved B&B, in 1992. We are proud of this little haven in West Cork and are delighted to share it with you.…
