This great two bedroom ground floor condo inside the safe TAO Community is a smart choice for your next Mexican adventure. You will be staying right in the middle of all the treasures of the Mayan Riviera: stunning beaches, cenotes, amusement parks, Playa del Carmen and the ancient Tulum ruins: everything within a 25 minute drive.
Two infinity pools with BBQ are a short walk away from your condo, and free hotel shuttles take you to the beach of Bahia Principe resort.
Free parking is available.
The space
This lovely unit on the ground floor of the CHI building has a spacious open-concept living area that opens up to a big patio with a pergola that is ideal to enjoy the outdoor space. It has a ceiling fan and high quality furniture where you can relax, read, have a snack or even work remotely.
Telmex optical fiber internet is available throughout the condo.
The living room features a sofa bed suitable for 1 adult or 2 kids, and a smart TV where you can watch your favorite Netflix series.
For your comfort there are air conditioners and ceiling fans in every room, and blackout blinds on all windows.
The living room glass door has mosquito nets.
The dining area features a wooden table for 6 guests, and a large granite breakfast bar with 2 stools and a sink.
The stylish kitchen has all you need to prepare your own meals, a window that provides natural light, and a dishwasher to make your life easier!
The master bedroom features a comfortable king size bed, ample storage space and a floor to ceiling glass door to the patio. The lush vegetation provides privacy and a tropical atmosphere.
The second bedroom offers a queen size bed. All windows have blackout blinds to guarantee a good night’s sleep.
There are two modern full bathrooms, and there also is a washer and dryer inside the condo.
You will find free parking space for your rental car outside the building, that is very close to the amazing TAO Wellness Center ($).
You will love the peace and safety of the TAO Community, while you are close to all the attractions of the Mayan Riviera!

Staying at this condo, you’ll have free access to the two infinity pools in the beautiful TAO Community. One of the pools features a jacuzzi (not heated). Both pools have a grill area that you can use for free.
TAO WELLNESS CENTER
The amazing Wellness Center within the community is accessible for a small fee. It offers a fully equipped gym, saltwater lap pools, yoga, and other classes every morning. You can get a weekly pass with all these activities for approx. US$ 55, a monthly pass for US$ 152, or try a single yoga class for US$ 12. A monthly gym pass costs US$ 98.*

GOLF
If you love golf, you can play at the renowned Bahia Principe Riviera Maya Golf Course – the first PGA-licensed course in Latin America, designed by Robert Trent Jones II.
The PGA Riviera Maya course received the "Best Golf Course in Mexico 2024" award from the World Golf Awards and was recognized with the 2025 Tripadvisor Travelers’ Choice Award.

There is a small restaurant at the TAO Wellness Center (O'TAN) where you can have breakfast, lunch, or dinner. (They also deliver to your condo.)
At the Golf Club House, you’ll find Mulligan’s Sports Bar and Jool Bolom Restaurant. You can get there by car or by taking the free shuttles to the Sian Ka’an Hotel. (They also deliver meals to your condo.)
At the new Market Square (800 m from TAO, where the Mercadito grocery shop is), you’ll find several restaurants offering tacos, sushi, pizza, burgers, Thai food, and breakfast options. Nearby, next to the golf course driving range, you’ll also find the Rústica pizza restaurant.
TRANSPORTATION
Free shuttles run every 50 minutes from TAO to KAY Beach Club at the Bahia Principe resort, from 9:25 AM to 4:55 PM.
BEACH CLUBS
At KAY Beach Club, you can enjoy the pool, sun loungers, and snack bar ($). You can also visit the beautiful public beach next to KAY (just a few steps to the right). Bring your own snacks, drinks, towel, and umbrella. There is free street parking for your rental car.
A short drive away, you can also visit the TAO Jungle Fish Beach Club, located in front of the TAO Ocean Residences, featuring a great restaurant, bar, and pool. Open daily from 12 PM to 7:30 PM.
You’re in the heart of the Riviera Maya, surrounded by world-class beaches just 5 minutes away by car. Ruins, cenotes, and adventure parks abound — all within a 20-minute drive from your place!

A rental car is strongly recommended to get around easily and make the most of your vacation.
Within Tulum Country Club, there is a small market called “El Mercadito” that offers basic groceries.
If you prefer to shop at a larger supermarket, you’ll need a vehicle to drive to Akumal, Puerto Aventuras, or Tulum.
We recommend stopping at the Chedraui supermarket in Puerto Aventuras (on Federal Highway 307, km 270) on your way to TAO from the airport to stock up for your stay.
Please note that tap water is not suitable for drinking. (It’s fine for brushing your teeth, washing dishes, and doing laundry, but please use bottled water for drinking and cooking.)
A 20 L bottle of purified water will be provided. We can deliver an additional one for US$ 6, or you can buy more at local supermarkets.
