Sparkling clean, with lots of classic wine country charm, two blocks from the Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn, in the heart of wine country and the hot springs, this historic house comfortably sleeps ten. Large formal dining room, living room, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor dining & bbq.

The space
A charming 1910 craftsman across the street from the Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn!

Over 2000 square foot home with three proper bedrooms, and two additional rooms set up as overflow for large groups who want to stay all together. The house is spacious and there is plenty of room for your friends and family! Our reviews tell it all! Guest rave about the amount of space and number of beds!

Many of our guests have mentioned that the house has been better than they expected, and we are constantly upgrading, so I imagine that will always be the case! Our neighborhood is a great eclectic mix of small markets and mom & pop shops and more upscale dining and shopping. We JUST got new sidewalks and we are going to be hosting a weekend farmer's market just blocks from our house pretty soon! This is an artsy up and coming neighborhood 2 miles from the Sonoma Plaza.

Two cal king beds, two full sized beds, and three twin sized beds, two trundle beds, a daybed and a comfy sofa.

There is space if you need to add people, just let us know. There may be extra fees associated with extra guests, please enter the actual number of guests on your reservation request.

This is a relaxed space, great for family or friends. We recently added the curtains, as we thought that larger groups would like the added privacy when sharing bedrooms.

There are only three actual bedrooms, but the additional beds in the office and on the porch make this a great affordable alternative to a five bedroom house! Plenty of parking for three cars, in the driveway in front and in behind the garage on Madera (the property spans the entire block).

The house is over 100 years old, charming and quirky.

Where you’ll be

Sonoma, California, United States

Located just across the street from the Sonoma Fairmont Mission Inn, one block from Barking Dog Coffee, within walking distance of El Molino Central, Baker & Cook, La Hacienda, Sonoma Eats, and many more great restaurants. Stumbling distance to wine/liquor, and convenience stores, and hand made ice cream shop and the hot springs famous taco trucks at night. Plan an evening in with tacos for your group from La Bamba next-door!

Fun and vibrant, Boyes Hot Springs was built as a resort town and vacation spot. The Fairmont Mission Inn still has a spring water pool, as well as classes, spa treatments, pools and hot tubs which visitors will enjoy. Sonoma Aquatic center is a few blocks away, and offers day passes for swimming in their many pools and hot tubs.

Though minutes from the Sonoma Square, the Springs is a colorful neighborhood with a great mix of everything.

The neighborhood is a great eclectic mix of upscale and creative restaurants and mom & pop shops and small markets. The neighborhood is extremely walkable, you do not need a car while staying here, but you will need transportation to downtown Sonoma.
