The Space

We have a comfortable but yet modest house.

Bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom with hot shower.

A garage spot is available if needed.

Guests can sit in the patio or in the garden, also they can use the barbecue grill.

WiFi internet available if needed and we have a variety of English and Spanish books that you can read.

Room includes furniture bedding, blankets, towels, soap, toilet paper and other things guest may need.

*** There is a dinning room next to the bedroom, and half part of the dinning room is empty so if needed we can put 2 single beds there.***
** The original idea is to charge 10 USD per day per person. If you are in a group of 2, 3 or more people we can talk about it and give you a good deal**

The neighbourhood is quiet and there is not much traffic. We live 20 minutes from downtown La Paz and 10 minutes from the Stadium Hernando Siles (Miraflores).
There is a mini-market store 7 blocks away from the house.

About public transportation, there is a "Parada de Minibus" (Minivan stop) 3 blocks from the house, this minivan goes from the neighbourhood to the stadium and also to downtown.
There are other minivans and trufis also, and its not hard to find taxis.

Spanish and English spoken. A little French and Japanese also.

We can serve breakfast if the guests would be interested. (5 - 30 BOB. depending on the type; paceño, continental, english, american, chinese)
