Up on a hill on the Westside of Albuquerque our house faces the Sandia mountains for the sunrise and overlooks the Albuquerque city lights at night. Pat Hurley park is a 4 minute walk from the house. We are 1 mile off of the Coors Rd exit from I-40, between historical route 66 and I-40. Old Town Albuquerque is 2 miles away, which is close to the Albuquerque Bio Park, Zoo, and Rio Grande River. Downtown is 4 miles away. Many local restaurants in our area and 66 bus runs on Central 6am-late night.

Alan's convenient check-in system made it easy to roll in at 2:30 am. I had a nice brief chat with Alan about Albuquerque the next day. Very clean and affordable place to stay for a night!

Allen was very helpful and clearly outlined the check-in process. Due to unexpected travel plan changes, we weren’t able to use our reservation, but I would recommend Allen as a host because of his communication skills and attention to detail.

Everything was clean and tidy. The private guest area is pretty cool. There were also little snacks and stuff to buy. Thank you, would stay again.

I was surprised by everything Allen had available for his guests. A mini fridge, lots of snacks, and he let me use his kitchen to mix up my smoothie which was super nice! He was very friendly and the room and bathroom were neat and clean.
