Interaction with Guests
Typically I am not present to let you in, there will be a lockbox on the front door and a welcome guide when you enter. I am very responsive to questions and needs before and during your stay.
The best feature about our neighborhood is the family friendly and open community vibe, especially on our block. We also live close to great restaurants, public transportation, playgrounds and walking distance to extensive hiking trails.
There is great access to all varieties of public transportation from the house. The train to down town is less than three blocks away.
Other Things to Note
Because of the wonderful community vibe or our neighborhood we ask guests to be extra mindful of their impact on our immediate neighbors and to not have parties at the house.
No smoking or pets please. There will be a 'home orientation' manual provided when you arrive at the house.
The perfect family house in a pretty and fun neighborhood. Close proximity to lots of fun Philly activities. Easy check-in and useful binder of information about the house and neighborhood provided. So grateful for our stay as it made it possible to visit with relatives in the area.
All information super organized and easy, everything was child proofed, and the outdoor space was perfect. I'd highly recommend!
The house is beautiful. Our 2 daughters loved it. They each had their own bedroom and there were plenty of toys for them to play with. I had a conference and I was able to easily walk to the train and take it downtown. When we came in, there was a binder with all the information we needed. We would definitely stay there again if we were in the area.
We enjoyed our (email hidden)ry home. The neighborhood was very conveniently located not far from the train station, and restaurants and shops were a short walk away. Also , the neighbors were all friendly ! David was very responsive as well. We greatly appreciated the umbrellas which we used on the rainy weekend as well. The house is older , so some of the outlets were spotty , but we had no trouble finding enough for what we needed. I would recommend this house , especially if you have kids. The toys are in abundance!
David's house is absolutely wonderful; neat, clean and near to the train station. It's also a great price for an entire home in Philly, and is complete with the amenities we needed (Wi-Fi, washer, three beds, kitchen). His orientation manual is self explanatory, and easy to understand. The only trouble would be that it is quite far from the city center, about an hour using bus. Other than that, my family of five and I had a lovely time in David's house and would stay there again if we come back to Philly.
The house was really nice and convenient to use. The neighborhood was lovely and so convenient for restaurants and groceries. The house manual was really well put together and was great for orientation. David was very quick to respond. Overall, I had a great experience.
