Surrounded by great restaurants, cool shops, music venues and attractions, the building and neighborhood are very safe, with a constant flow of foot traffic at all hours. We are located one block from the "L" train. This takes you to Union Square in 5 minutes, which has fantastic shopping and restaurants, including the Green Farmers Market, and is hub for all the major subway lines. The "L" train will also take you to Greenwich Village in about 10 minutes, and Williamsburg, Brooklyn in just one stop!
It's a 15 minute walk to Washington Sq. Park, the West Village, Astor Place, Soho, Chinatown, Little Italy and the Lower East Side.
We have our apartment professionally cleaned after each reservation, and our team is very careful to leave no surface, corner or cabinet untouched. They do all the laundry, scrub the floors, toilets, refrigerator, and we pride ourselves on having the apartment sparkly clean after each visit. We think you'll agree :)
Rates include all taxes, surcharges and fresh linens. In addition we do charge a ONE TIME $100 cleaning/utilities fee to cover costs of laundry, cleaning supplies, apartment accessories and utilities. This will help us provide you with a clean and comfortable place to stay. For check ins after 10pm we charge a $20 late check-in fee!
If you stay with us, you agree to the following:
-You must be very very quiet while staying in our apartment. If we receive even one noise complaint, we could face eviction. The city of New York is severely cracking down on people who sublet their apartments, so while we are away, we ask that you maintain our level of respect and quietness for our neighbors' sake, both in the apartment and in the hallways when coming and going. We want you to enjoy NYC to the fullest, but if you are looking for a place to party and be loud, our apartment is not for you. We have worked hard to make our home feel like a quiet, peaceful respite from the chaos of the city.
-Absolutely no smoking in the apartment. Any evidence of smoking in the apartment results in a $200 fine.
-No cooking meat in the apartment. Leftovers and takeout are okay.
-Please have a great trip and enjoy this amazing city! So glad that our cozy apartment will be your home base :)
Very nice and cosy appartement in a very convenient neighborhood of NY very close to a Metro Station and within walking distance of Union Square and the lwoer east side. We spent a week there and everything went very well. Although Rebescca was not there we were greeted by Zach who fixed the Internet which was not working initially. Highly recommended.
Loved this place! Convenient, cozy, and had the best host ever. Subway was a quick walk, and many good cheap restaurants to eat. When I am back in New York City, I will make sure to book here! Thanks Rebecca!
Becky's apartment was in a great location in the east village. It was so cold and snowing whilst we were there and it was a cosy little retreat to go back to after a day out. Close to union square and cool pubs. Great places to eat close by and metro 2min walk away. I would recommend it for a couple, 4 people might be a little squashed. Wifi was abit hit and miss and one day we didnt have hot water, however all in all our stay was good and I would definetly recommend anyone to stay there.
Me, my fiance, and another couple stayed at Becky's place for a quick 2 day visit to get into the holiday spirits. The place was presented just as it was in the ad. Becky was quick to assure we received the keys for check in. The place was very clean and in a prime central location. An easy walk to the trendy spots in St Marks, Nolita, Little Italy, China town etc..The is a L train stop one block away. There is one bedroom and one living room converted to a bedroom which worked out great for privacy. Clean sheets, Clean Bathroom, clean towels are all provided. She was also accommodated our time since our flight was delayed which was super kind of her. We will likely select this place again if its available for us on our next visit.
I stayed at Rebecca's place one week with my girlfriend and the place couldn't have been any better. Just one block to the closest subway station (perfect if you want to discover Williamsburg, just one stop away) , the area was full on nice bars and bakeries and a perfect out-of-the-tourist-route neighbor to discover. The apartment itself is in a quite east village street with a couple of bars just underneath. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you will find at your arrival, a very cozy space, perfect for 2-4 people (maybe a bit tight for four people), absolutely clean. Only "minus" the doors and walls must be very thin and you can almost feel people walking in the corridor as they're walking inside the house, no big deal though, the building is very quite and we never had rumor problems at night).
Becky was super helpful and his friend who checked us in helped during all our stay with our questions and needs. Definitely we'll be back at Rebecca's next time.
My mom enjoyed her stay. The apartment is very cozy, very nicely furnished and very comfortable - all the necessary functionalities are available. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. My mom would for sure consider this apartment in her next visits to NY.
Great East Village location and a convenient 2 floor walk-up. Lots of entertainment options in the area. Apartment is clean and cozy and has all amenities. The only issues were with the hot water which resolved itself after a day so may have been a one off and the door lock but this also seemed much better when I left. The hosts were very responsive when I had questions and were very flexible with my travel plans.
We had a great stay there. It's a small apartment, nice and clean. Sometimes the key to the door would get kind of stuck when locking it, i suppose it can be easily fixed, but that was a minor issue. But the best thing about the apartment is the location. Restaurants and the subway are all nearby.
Tres bon plan pour sejourner a New York.
Hi, we are 3 people in Rebecca place for more than one week in NY. The appartment was as described: quite (except for the aircondition), small, but very well equiped, very well located (two blocks of the subway). We just have one problem with the internet, but just one day, by the night we have internet again!
We didn't have the chance to meet Rebecca when we arrived but one of her friends, Fanny, welcomed us and give us the key and also explain about the apt.
I really recommend East village for your stay in New York, the city it is awesome.
Gracias! :)
