One bedroom apartment on the top floor of a fine Victorian building in the heart of Soho.

As well as fashion boutiques this part of Soho is now known for a number of small high quality restaurants with a Michelin starred restaurant only a few doors away on Broadwick Street.

With a double bed in the bedroom and a comfortable sofa-bed in the sitting room the apartment can sleep up to four people. The sofa-bed can also be separated into two single beds.
The area of the apartment is 42.7 square metres (460 square feet) and it is situated on the third floor (which is the top floor) without a lift. The agent will help you with your luggage when you arrive.

A perfectly located apartment in Soho. For a place right in the heart of one of the busiest spots in the area it is VERY quiet. I have stayed in other areas of Soho and been kept up all night and woken up early in the morning. The apartment is simple but stylish and has every amenity you could need for a short term stay. There is a lot of natural light and being a top floor apartment you have no one walking above you.
Everything was really perfect! The apartment is small but complete. Maybe because we stayed for 12 days. But the best part is the (email hidden)ose to everything. Very helpful to walk around and discover London.
Ian was so kind leaving a tour guide in our language and always ready to help us.
The only "bad" thing for us is there's no elevator and is a rooftop apartment.
We highly recommend this apartment!!
Tuvimos una excelente estadía en el apartamento. Ubicación inigualable. Apartamento espacioso y luminoso. Nick nos atendió con paciencia y amabilidad. Gracias!
Great location and apartment. It was modern and clean with nice amenities. The flat is in the center of the life of London, great restaurants, pubs and shopping just steps away. Nick, the greeter, was very helpful and easy to contact when needed. Lots of storage space and comfortable bed.
We would stay again on our next visit to London.
The agent was waiting for us at the apartment at the agreed time, very quick with the explanations maybe too quick, a little more patience is better when welcoming for the first time someone in a new place, showing were switches are and so on.
Anyways, the position is great and the place is what it looks like in the pictures, maybe a little more naked, no paintings, carpet..it could definitely be arranged in a way to be more cozy. The fridge had things inside, like ketchup, butter coffee (things remaining from previous guests I guess). Overall the place is clean.
Take into consideration that if you stay on the weekend the area is a party-like, so it wont be easy for you to sleep with that noise.
Something to know is, the bathroom has a saloon-like door, not the best option but nothing crazy; part of the roof its a window that lets you see the sky, eventhough if London isnt much the star watching place..more rainy insted; the flat is at the top floor, so its 3 floors of stairs with your luggages to carry and if you are 60yo or over it probably isn't the easiest thing to do.
The host is very friendly and helpful by giving all the infos and help needed.
Ian's agent, Nick, was on time to meet us at the apartment to pass us the keys.
The apartment was very clean and sheets and pillow covers were freshly laundered. The apartment was small but complete.
The best part, however, was its location. The guys went to Anfield to watch a match on Saturday and my daughter and I walked to Oxford Street for retail therapy. It was so convenient, even with bags of shopping and the crowd (it happened to be the Black Friday weekend).
However, again because of its location, nights can get really noisy because there's a bar on the same street. One night the noise went on until 4am. The next night we used earplugs and everything was OK.
