Ian's agent Nick met us at the flat on time. The flat is spacious and in an amazing location, right in the midst of all the action in Soho and within minutes to all the major attractions. The flat was clean and comfortable. Nice touches like an espresso maker, television and portable air conditioner are included, as well as a large jaccuzi tub. Make sure you can climb stairs, as the flat is located on the top floor and you need to climb several stairs. The front room is noisy due to all the partiers at night, however, the noise stops around midnight once the bars close. A perfect place to stay if you want to be in the middle of all the action.
The unit has a superb location, a few steps from Picadilly Circus and Reagent St.
The apartment is comfortable and fulfills the purpose, a bit warm if you get a sunny day, but has a nice fan/AC to cover the gap.
I would also recommend, that if you are +2 and have some luggage, best is to take a taxi from Victoria St., is just 10-15 pounds.
All and all, it was great and we will consider for next visit, for sure. Unit was clean and well furnished.
The apartment was great for 4 people! Nick and Ian were very atencious! But we didn't knew that we had to get a lot of stairs to the room and it was complicated because of the luggadges
Ian’s apartment was great. The location was ideally located in Soho, being walking distance to several Tube stops, great restaurants and two main shopping districts.
Note, the apartment is on the 3rd floor and there are no elevators. This was a challenge when we carried our bags up and down the stairs.
The room was great for what we needed, although a bit tight for 2 adult and 2 teenaged children. If you only plan to sleep in the room, this is fine, but might begin to feel a bit small if you spend significant time in the room
Nick, our greeter, was great and answered all the questions we had.
The apartment is in an excellente location, very clean and Nick, who received us was very friendly. The flat is perfect for a family of four or four friends. There is a glass ceiling which makes it very hot in summer (the days we stayed were pretty hot too) and I imagine it must be cold in winter, but there is AC an heater, and we didn't stay in the apartment during the day so it was fine. Beds are confortable too.
Ian contacted me just prior to my arrival and we made arrangements for his property manager to meet me, and he did so promptly at the designated time: very professional and prompt. The flat's location in Soho is outstanding: close to shops, restaurants, two major tube stations--you could not do better. The flat itself is how is appears in the photos, was clean, and quite comfortable. Do note there are 49 steps up to the thirds floor flat. The kitchen itself is good but it lacks adequate cooking utensils, pots and pans--this is my only criticism. The beds, bedding and towels were fine and the TV was pleasant distraction after a long day of traversing the city. All in all my experience was excellent. I would certainly recommend this flat to others, with or without children.
