  • The apartment in Soho added a huge amount to the enjoymnet of our holiday in London. The apartment is small but very comfortable, it's location is outstanding. Practically a 5 min walk from anywhere in the west end.
You are spoilt for choice for places to eat and drink on your doorstep
Nick met us at the apartment when we arrived and was very friendly and informative and Ian was very responsive to emails prior to our arrival.
All in all a great experience and one we would hope to repeat on our next visit!

  • The apartment is great, fantastic location and just as described. It's close to both Piccadilly and Oxford stations, in a very hip and safe area, with bars and restaurants and a couple of supermarkets nearby. We had a small issue on arrival with the water but Nick was super helpful and solved it right away. The only thing to mind is that the living room is very bright (such a plus during the day!) so if someone is sleeping there they will need eyemasks .Would definitely recommend staying at Ian's apt and will try to do so on my next trip to London!

  • This was a great stay. Owner's agent was very responsive with on-the-ground problem solving. Apartment comfortable and well-located in hopping part of town. Tons of good, small restaurants nearby.

  • The flat has a terrific location, is very comfortable and well-equipped, and was quiet given its frontage on the street. The owner was very helpful and responsive. It worked well for us with a couple in the bedroom and a third person in the living room, as our sleeping and waking schedules were compatible. The three flights of external metal stairs might be a problem for some but did not bother us, especially as we had dry weather. I look forward to booking it again in the future.

  • Nice flat in an excellent location in the heart of Soho.

The apartment was slightly smaller than we thought from the pics, but it didn't matter that much since we didn't plan on spending much time sitting indoors. I'd say the apartment suits best for a small family or close friends due to its intimate size. We were two couples, the other couple being my sister+spouse.

Nick who "meet&greet"ed us was great, super nice and helpful.

The skylight was fairly dominant and since we slept in the living room area I did wake up every morning around 6-7 because of the amount of light. I didn't mind too much, but if you're sensitive to light take sleeping mask with you!
There are fairly many outdoor stairs you need to climb to get to the apartment, so be careful where to step when it rains or when it's dark. Otherwise it's no problem, keeps you fit ;)

Everything is close by and you can easily walk to Piccadilly, Leicester square, Oxford Street, Green Park, China town! If you feel like going further, metro is also right there for you to use! Many pubs, restaurants, shops are in just few minutes away from the flat. There is also a small off licence store right downstairs if you suddenly have the urge for something small.

    Small cons:
    Space, skylight, stairs
    Bigger pros:
Clean, "location, location, location", flexible host, helpful assistance!

  • Great location placed in the very center of london!

  • The apartment is clean, stylish and warm. The heater works perfect - its important if you like to live in a warm place. There are a lot of towels and you can use sofa for the third person. The area around is very popular, Carnaby street is just round the corner. You can reach a lot of theaters, shops and restaurants on foot. Only question is upstairs - if you have a heavy luggage, could be difficult to go up on 4th floor without elevator.

  • Fantastic location! Excellent service. Would choose this flat again :)
Plenty of linens and towels, sufficiently comfortable bedding and great natural light. It's a bit of hike up the stairs if you are unused to hauling your own luggage, but not a deal killer by any means if you are in reasonably good health. This location is in the heart of SOHO - if that is what you are looking for, then you will be pleased.

  • Lovely flat with a perfekt location and short distances to everything.
Perfekt place for up til four persons.
Clean and tidy when we arrived.
Surely we will come back some day.

  • The location of the apartment is perfect. Being in the centre of SOHO meant that shopping, theatres and the Tube were just a short walk away. The kitchen was more than adequate and having laundry facilities will help those on a longer stay.

The agent was very friendly and helpful in settling us in.

Do note that this is a top floor flat with no elevators as advertised. If you have issues with carrying heavy luggage up flights of stairs, travel with a strong friend!

We strongly recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for a comfortable stay in a good location.
