We had a tremendous first time ever experience with an airbnb stay.
Steve was a gracious host. The location was perfect for us. Our room was very comfortable. Steve was a gracious host, as were all of the people staying at the house. It was great that Steve had so many paintings from local artists of the places he has visited round the world. It was a fine experience, and I'm sure we will use Steve's place the next time we travel to Sacramento.
Steve and his household made me very welcome. The room was very comfortable. I had everything I needed.

A perfect experience. I had to arrive late at night due to a long travel and Steve was so accommodating. Beautiful comfy house, one of the best showers I've ever been in (what pressure ! And so hospitable. Breakfast in the morning, plenty of quiet time. I can't recommend this place enough.
Steve was very friendly and welcomed me with fresh fruit and bagels. His house was amazing! I felt like I was in a luxury hotel with a large suite and jacuzzi tub which I took full advantage of after my long nursing shifts. I highly recommend this place and would love to stay again if there were more availabilities.
I requested to stay with Steve the night before I arrived and was impressed with his prompt response. His space is exactly as pictures/described and was just perfect for my quick stop over, though I could imagine staying there longer. He and his housemates were very kind and made me feel at home immediately. I was quite comfortable and appreciated the breakfast!
