Interaction with Guests
I enjoy getting to know my guests and doing what I can to make their stay a wonderful experience.
My home is located in a quiet Cul de Sac with beautiful landscaping surrounding the home.
The public transit bus stop is conveniently located two blocks from my house.
No smoking in the house. Be polite to any other guests staying in the house. In general, there are quiet hours from 10 pm until 8 am. If you make a mess please help out by cleaning it up.
Steve's home was absolutely stunning, and completely outfitted with everything you might need. The bathroom and shower exceeded my expectations, and the entire home was just beautiful. We really enjoyed his roommates and getting to meet him toward the end of our stay - every single thing about staying in this home made this a perfect experience for my first AirBnB stay! I would absolutely stay with Steve again if he would have me. Wonderful people, safe quiet neighborhood, and we loved the cat!
Steve was a terrific host with excellent attention to details. He is friendly and cares about his guests. He gave me good pointers on nearby places to shop and eat. His place is very quite and peaceful and excellent to unwind after a busy day. I plan to go back and stay there again soon.
My friend and I definitely enjoyed our stay with Steve. He was very understanding when we missed his emails and arrived much earlier than he anticipated. He allowed us to let ourselves into the house and settle in. However, if there had to one thing that my friend and I were slightly unsatisfied about it would be that Steve would come into the room we were staying in while we were out and clean the room before we got back. Although his intentions meant well, it was slightly uncomfortable for a man to enter a women's personal space. But overall Steve was wonderful. Thank you for hosting us Steve!
I really enjoyed my stay at Steve's home. He met me on check in and gave me a tour. The room and private bath is very nice and clean. He provides bagels, fresh fruit and drinks. You can BBQ if you like. He is very friendly and welcoming. Makes you feel comfortable. The home is very quiet at night for sleeping. I needed to get up early each day and the temperature was always comfortable. The neighborhood feels very safe. Nice homes. I will definitely stay at Steve's again when in the area. Thanks Steve.
Great host!!! Steve reminded us of the upcoming St Patrick's Day holiday and invited us to have the holiday dinner with him and the other guests which was quite fun!!! He keeps all the essentials you could need in the bathroom and kitchen. He provided us with things such as fresh fruit and beverages and a few breakfast suggestions.
Steve's house was fantastic as was his hosting. Coffee and fruit plus toast and cereal available each morning. We used the house as a jumping point each day and it worked out very well. Well placed. Easy access to highways and downtown Sac plus a short drive to Roseville. Steve has roommates who are happy to chat or leave you to your own thoughts. I shared a glass of wine each night w Steve and spent a little time chatting before tucking in early in the quiet house. I would definitely stay again! The bathtub and shower were amazing!
I have stayed at Steve's place multiple "nights" and have been welcomed with warm hospitality each and every time. Being a night shifter, it's difficult to find a quiet place to accommodate my sleep schedule, Steve's house is perfect for this. I have thoroughly enjoyed my stays here and would highly recommend Steve and his home to anyone in the area. I especially look forward to the fresh fruit that always seems to be stocked in the fridge! :)
Easy going, adventurous guy, who loves to share meaningful conversation over a nice glass of wine. I love my life, and enjoy sharing stories of life's travels and successes along the way.
