The Highland is truly a masterpiece uniquely built treehouse feel with a creative touch. This A-frame is elevated 20ft in the air, overlooking a private pond with a neighboring elk farm and a beautiful golf course. And of course sunrises that won’t disappoint !

No pet policy. No parties or events.
*NO elopements or weddings permitted on the property unless a contract is signed with the owner.

The space
Main floor has kitchen, living area, full bathroom and master king bedroom. There are glass sliding doors in both the bedroom & the living room that leads to a deck with the most beautiful view & a large net hammock. There is a spiral staircase in the living room that leads to a queen bed, a hallway with two twin xl window beds with a view and leads to the coolest part of this cabin: The Glass room. The Glass room is designed to provide another relaxing space with a 360 view up in the trees. Fireplace and seating available.

Thanks for your interest in Brandywine Grove. I love developing real estate and have worked in construction and real estate since my teenage years. Brandywine Grove is the biggest project I've tackled to date - my goal was to design and build what could be a truly one-of-a-kind luxurious getaway, where people can come to relax, reconnect with nature, enjoy family and loved ones, and make memories that last a lifetime. Each of the unique properties were designed and built by me and my team. Brandywine Grove sits at the back of a 21 acre property - full of beautiful rolling hills overlooking a golf course and a pond. There's stunning views in nearly every direction. I live on the property along with my two children, Sabrina and Hayden. Our hope is that all of our guests make memories they take with them for a lifetime.
