Gentili ospiti, l'appartamento è a vostra completa disposizione.
Dear guests, the apartment is at your complete disposal. I remind you that smoking is not allowed inside the apartment but if you cannot live without smoking you can do it out in the terrace. You have WiFi free access. The password is beneath the modem (underlined). Please, manage the utilities as if you are at your own home. Adjust the temperature (heating or air conditioning) depending on your presence in the apartment and when you are leaving please turn all the lights off. All this in order to avoid wasting (In Italy most of the energy is produced burning fossil fuels and we don't want to pollute). At check-in I will explain how to handle the garbage. During your stay I will be at your disposal for any need.
We enjoyed an amazing weekend thanks to Giorgio !
This apartment is very well located and having breakfast and aperitivo during sunny days is really cool !
Giorgio was always available, flexible and have always solved our problems.
The welcoming was nice and efficient and despite of our early arrival the apartment was already cleaned up !
We'll not forget this adress the next time we'll be in Roma.
So do not hesitate, book it !
We had a wonderful week in Rome post Easter Sunday. We had just spent 5 days driving around Tuscany and we were looking to not to have to drive anywhere. This apartment had a fantastic location in Campo de Fiori and a beautiful outdoor patio that made for enjoyable evenings drinking wine before and after dinner. It was a very safe neighborhood and a short walk to a taxi stand so very convenient to gain access to the sites of Rome.
Unfortunately, the building is without an elevator, so be prepared to have to carry your luggage up 4 flights. This is not so bad I guess if you pack lightly and don’t mind the exercise. The apartment is also smaller than it appeared in the pictures which were a bit of an inconvenience given there were 5 of us. There is only one bathroom and one private bedroom, with the loft offering limited privacy, so keep that in mind for groups >4 people.
We overlooked all of this as the place is in a fantastic location for walking to Piazza Navona. There are plenty of restaurants in the area and charming streets to experience the culture of Rome. Giorgio is a fantastic host and made arrangements for someone to let us in and quickly responded when we tripped a circuit breaker.
I would highly recommend this apartment for its ambience and location just be mindful of the sleeping quarters and the absence of an elevator.
The flat was very well situed everything is easy to get walking.
We had a wonderfull week end in roma beeing 4 of us
We had been kindly welcome and had some exp^lanation from the city
I recomend this flat if you want to visit roma
Georgio was a very helpful host and communication was quick both before and during the stay. Location is terrific. Terrace is a bit disappointing, facing north and not at all sunny during our January stay. Pictures of kitchen and bathroom are not right (no dishwasher or bath tub). All in all it is a very nice apartment, but a bit worn out (hood in kitchen not working and heating system partly malfunctional) and could soon use a loving hand.
