This wonderful 2BD apartment is located in one of Somerville’s most hip and walkable districts: Union Square. This prime location will fulfill all of your entertainment and shopping needs: dozens of amazing restaurants, a Target store 3-minutes away, and a short 25-minute walk from MIT and Harvard. This fully-furnished cozy first-floor apartment is on a quiet, one-way street. Perfect for working professionals, business travelers (500Mbps internet), and visiting scholars.

The space
For your comfort, take full advantage of the amenities located within this neatly organized apartment: fully equipped kitchen with marble-top counters and an island, hardwood floors in all common areas, a living room containing a big screen TV + DVD Player + Apple TV + Nintendo GameCube, business-class 500Mbps internet (wired and wifi), Washer/Dryer, as well as an outdoor common patio area suitable for summertime BBQs. Walking distance to Green Line for easy downtown access.

• Living Room
Wall-mounted 55inch OLED LG TV with built-in AirPlay. Wifi wireless internet available inside the entire apartment. Business-class 500Mbps internet + cable TV. Two couches in the living room -- the main couch works great for an occasional overnight guest. The bookcase contains some classic literature, computer science books, and games like Taboo, Cards against the Humanity, and a Poker set.

• Main Bedroom
This large bedroom gets plenty of sunlight, has a queen-sized bed, a large closet, and a desk. Suitable for a couple. Extra clean set of linens in the closet.

• Second Bedroom
The second bedroom has a full-sized bed, a foldable desk, a chair, and its own closet. Additional storage bins available upon request. Suitable for 1+. Extra clean set of linens in the closet.

• Kitchen
Marble-top kitchen with lots of counter space and an island: microwave, dishwasher, modern oven, coffee maker, coffee grinder, electric kettle, cutting boards, utensils, and a set of kitchen knives. Includes a cozy window-side dining area which comfortably seats four.

• Bathroom
Immaculate bathroom with plenty of clean towels, washcloths, and a hairdryer. Full shower with removable shower head and a regular-sized, sparkling-clean tub. Enough toothpaste, shampoo, soap, and dishwashing detergent to get you started. Organizers and shelves for miscellaneous items. A Target store, containing many household items, is a 3-minute walk (open until 11 pm every day).

• Laundry
Washer and dryer in the basement space. Other residents in the building have their own laundry machines, so you'll never have to wait to do your laundry. Laundry bins provided inside the closets.

• Backyard
The backyard contains patio furniture (table and chairs). Great space for enjoying a book during the day, cooling off during Boston summer evenings or hosting a small BBQ.

Guest access
The guests have private entry to the apartment. Basement access is from the second bedroom via a small set of stairs. The basement space is shared with the upstairs neighbor. This apartment has its own washer/dryer.

Walking distance to bars, awesome ethnic restaurants, Target, coffee shops, and one bus hop away from Harvard/MIT. I sold my car after living here for one year because the area is just too walkable.
