Located 3 mins walk from Bellevue Hill shops, cafes and restaurants, 10 mins walk to Bondi Junction and train and bus station to all areas of Sydney, 20 mins walk to Bondi Beach. There is a bus from outside the apartment to the City or Bondi Junction.

There are 2 bedrooms, one has a king bed, and the other a queen bed opening onto a large balcony. Bedding is included.

The separate lounge area has a sofa, flat screen TV, BOSE stereo and DVD player. The separate dining area has a 4 place setting adjoining the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge, nespresso and microwave and ample cooking utensils, dishes etc.

There is a new and stylish bathroom as of March 2013.

There is direct access from the living area onto a large balcony with city views and a beautiful garden, where you can enjoy a BBQ and a table setting and access to washing lines.

Separate laundry facility available including washer and dryer. Wireless internet and utilities all inclusive and the apartment is situated in a secure building.

  • We spent 8 days at Micah's place and it was absolutely nice.
    The apartment is comfortable and we found all we needed. Lot of space also outside.
    Micah's parents welcomed us and took care of anything we might need, they are very nice persons!
    The apartment is located in a very quiet and pleasant road, bus is there, train option (Bondi Junction) is 15min walk away. There are also shops on the road.
    Overall, an exquisite stay.

  • An excellent location in a quiet suburb within easy reach of attractions and with views of the city over an immaculate communal garden. Parking spaces in the street outside but within walking distance of Double Bay and Bondi Junction. Bus routes and links to the city and to ferrys. Beaches also walking distance away.
    This well appointed apartment was beautifully decorated and well maintained. Clean, comfortable and spacious. Nothing was too much trouble and the welcome was most hospitable. We would highly recommend this apartment for your Sydney stay. It was secure and safe with brilliant neighbours as a bonus!

  • Micah's place is really nice - just a short walk to Bondi Junction and Double Bay which is a great way to start the day. The apartment is clean, nice and relaxing with an amazing view. Was great to spend our Christmas holiday there!
