The space
Feel like a part of the city and like home in this modern industrial loft. The apartment is best suited for 2 people (with the option to accommodate a 3rd person on a 'snooza', a confortable mattress based bed) . It is offering 90 square meters of open space with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining, living, working and a sleeping area. The bathroom which has been completely renovated is separated from the open space by a glass door and has a spacious shower and full laundry facilities with washing machine and tumbler. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, electric stove, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge and freezer. A long wooden high bar table not only offers social cooking together but also serves well for breakfast or lunch for two. The dining table hosts 6 people comfortably. Enjoy your evenings and time in the living area with reading, watching TV (on a 42” flat TV) or preparing for the next exciting day in CapeTown. Nest yourself into the comfy queen size bed with high quality linen. Combine work and leisure by using the working area which is separated visually from the sleeping area by cleverly built-in cupboards. Huge windows facing table mountain and offering astonishing views compensate for the lack of a balcony.

Upon request, indoor garage parking is available for R 135 per calendar day used, not included in the rent. To be paid cash upon arrival. Please let me know if you need parking when you book, so I can make sure to reserve you a spot. Free street parking is available, but tricky during daytime from Monday to Friday.

For stays longer than 10 nights: Weekly or bi-weekly cleaning is included in the price and is required. We’ll coordinate with you in advance so our cleaner can access the apartment at a convenient time.

For long term rental: This is a self-catering apartment, and we provide all the essentials to get you started.

We include enough electricity for your stay. If additional units are needed, guests are responsible for topping up, but don’t worry—we’re happy to guide you through the process and make it easy, even if you’re not familiar with the South African system.
