Upstairs are three(3) bedrooms. The Master has a king size bed and shares a spacious bath/tub/shower with the second twin bedded room. down a short hall is a single bedroom with its own claw footed bathtub!
there is a two car garage adjacent to the house and a small guest cottage secluded by hedges on the property. This "casita" can be rented with the house, or separately..please see pricing on site.

Belinda's brother Gavin maintains the house with steady handiwork and loves to cook.
Siblings also grew up in New York City and are well traveled. Active participants in East Hampton's cultural community including East Hampton historical society, Guild Hall, community gardens, antique shows and craft fairs. Love of beach, sport, people, art, local produce, flowers, trees, dogs, children family and friends.
