My friend and I, two female american students, took a short trip to Morocco. We booked this place on very short notice (4 hours before arriving) and were so grateful for the hospitality! Marrakech can be a very intimidating place during a first visit, so having a comfortable, clean, safe place to return to every night was indispensable. Breakfast was wonderful every morning, and Aziz helped us with every question we had. Loved the atmosphere, and will definitely stay here again.

The place was great. Very cool unique space, with great style and taste. We were met with a very nice and accommodating manager, Aziz. He was super helpful the entire time. I want to stay here again. It felt very comfortable and safe in the middle of a wild new city. It's places like this that make me want to move to a foreign but incredible and wild place like Marrakech.

The Riad Nejma Lounge is a lovely home with a wonderful rooftop terrace and at least one very affectionate feline.. Our bedroom was great, especially with the a/c during the 2 days of 106 degreeFahr. we had in Marrakech. Our "sable" room was calming and private, with a very nice bathrrom. The home is located very well to the Medina and the wonderful Yves St.Laurent garden. I am sorry we did not stay long enough to enjoy the pool and the terrace. I am very appreciative that Steven responded so quickly to our request, and that the lodging was available on very short notice and for only a1-night stay.

The Riad is beautiful and in a nice and quiet area that is close to markets and lots of good walking areas for tourists. The streets can be confusing but the medina is famous for that. I was grateful that Steven allowed me to extend my stay for a night. He is a good host and offers great food at good prices. I had lunch and dinner at the hotel when I didn't feel like searching for restaurants. The terrace is so awesome and I had to spend an afternoon reading my book in the sunshine up there. The host speaks limited English but one of his managers speaks English. The language barrier was not an issue. Hand signals and mime work great in an emergency situation. I would recommend this stay for anyone because it was a positive experience and a great price.

They were very accommodating towards us and helped us get everything we wanted to do done. They would go out of their way to ensure that we had a good experience. We were greeted with mint tea and water upon arrival and he set up an appointment for a camel ride for us and gave us maps and showed us directions to different places and gave us recommendations for where to go for lunch, etc. We also had a very comfortable stay and the rooms were very nice.

The only redeeming quality of this riad is it is pretty clean and AZIZ is the kindest man. Now the biggest problem was the stability of the WIFI connection. There's no signal in the higher floors and when moved to a closer location, the wifi sometime dies. This has been reported by a few renters but nothing was done thus far. I rented this place to do my work, however I couldn't and therefore went to Riad Eva instead. I arrived late and two moroccans led me down this creepy passageway and demanded 200dh and the manager did nothing to protect me from them. Abdou kept on smoking inside the riad and made it comfortable for me to be in the shared quarters
