As well as the tent you will be able to experience life on a dairy farm, the children can play safely in the field where no cars are allowed while you relax on the veranda in deck chairs enjoying the sea view. If you a group of adults we can locate you a little further away from the families. A shower block is located in the farm yard with lots of hot water.
You will share the shower block and car park with other guests. There is an honesty shop on site and there is a large field for children to play, with a sandpit. There is a communal chicken coop and other animals.
Interaction with guests
We are here and on hand and available every day should you wish to see us. We can offer advice on places and beaches to go. However, if you want privacy we will respect that and give you your space and chat to you when we see you.
Plenty of space for walking including the south west coast path and moors. Situated between two coasts means plenty of beautiful beaches and coves. There are many award winning restaurants serving local produce and seafood , all just a short drive away.
We are approx. 4 miles from Penzance and approx. 8 miles from St Ives and Lands End. There is a bus service form Madron (approx.1 1/2 miles) and a good train service from Penzance. Bike hire is also available.
Other things to note
We are a working dairy farm, the grass does get wet so Wellington boots will be useful (although I may have some you can borrow).
Please respect other guests, the farm and the animals. We do allow well behaved dogs (for a charge of £5 per night per dog) but we do have a limit and we expect them to be on a lead at ALL times.
No stag or hen parties and /or single sex groups without prior permission. Additional guests are not allowed and will be turned away.
