The main thing is that you feel as comfortable and welcome as possible.
Monica was so nice and her welcome was awesome , the location is really good because the subway is close i loved the neighborhood so quiet and beautiful.
Monica was very accommodative and made us feel really welcomed. She was very communicative before and throughout our stay. Location is extremely convenient as we had access to two subway lines at St. Georges. Parking, as she suggested worked well and it was inexpensive. All in all, excellent experience.
My girlfriend and I decided to take a very last minute trip to Toronto, and Monica couldn't have been a more responsive, accommodating host. As soon as we inquired about her listing, she provided us with all the necessary details (directions, key pick-up, etc.) and helped us through the entire booking process. Her listing was definitely accurate, and the amenities (A/C, fresh linen, cable, gorgeous balcony view) were numerous and much appreciated. She even left a note in her cupboard with restaurant recommendations, which were excellent!
I should mention that the water was not running upon our arrival. Naturally, we called Monica, and she got back to us immediately. She informed us that the city had shut the water off to perform building maintenance, and she was in constant communication with us until service was restored. On top of all that, she offered us an extra night's stay for the inconvenience, free of charge. This was our first time using airbnb, and we found a perfect host in Monica.
La experiencia fue muy buena! Monica tiene el apartamento muy cuidado y esta situado en una zona muy céntrica con un montón de comodidades. Lo recomiendo sin duda y lo usare en el futuro.
Great location, and a host. Monica will stay in touch with you all the time. Just incase you need something.
We were greeted by Chris and he was friendly and helpful. Everything in the apartment was the was it was described. Very neat and tidy. Location was perfect - you can walk to Yorkville, Bloor Street, U of T, Chinatown and Queen Street. Thank you for everything.
We had a fabulous time in Toronto and having this apartment as a base was a wonderful bonus. Splendid views, cosy place stocked with everything you need. A home away from home. Monica wasn't around but was ever present as a considerate host.
