This fully renovated 1901 farmhouse is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit to Historic Downtown Dallas! You can easily walk downtown, being the FIRST house off Main St & get to the silver comet trail in 1 mile. Located next to the Dallas Trailhead Gazebo (a lovely place to get married) the big fountain leads you into town for unique shopping, coffee, Vintage Wine Bar, Theater, events & more! Short drive to Three Strands Winery & The Dallas Markets! Events & fun all year!

Large rooms with 11 foot ceilings! 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, living room, dining room, sunroom, laundry room, fully stocked kitchen, porch and back deck!

You get the whole spacious house from 2 sided front porch to back deck and back yard! We have corn hole and life sized Jenga games for outdoor fun! Great place to host showers, graduation parties, wedding parties, girls night out, meetings or anything else that requires a nice place.

Please let us know if you require anything to make your stay more enjoyable! You’re going to love this town! And a lot of the furniture in the house was purchased from The Dallas Markets! There’s a guidebook started here and Information about things to do. Calendars will be available at the house with Local dining and events, etc This is small town America and right off Main Street- please note there is a train and you will hear the train coming through town throughout your stay. Most guests love the sound of the train, but if you like quiet, we have provided a white noise machine in the primary bedroom.
