Our stay at Coco's place was very nice.
The apartment is small but you can easily live there at 3 (not to say 4) if you don't plan to spend your whole day inside. Coco left her clothes, some food and all her personal belongings in the apartment. It didn't bother us at all since the place was very clean and organized; and also because we only stayed there for one week.
Coco was nice, precise and helpful! She quickly answered to all the questions we asked and was extremely polite.
The apartment is located at 20-25 minutes (instead of 15 minutes) from Time Square using the subway. The neighborhood is calm and safe.
I would highly recommend this place for a short stay in New York city!
Coco´s apartment is very very clean, the kitchen has everything you need. The bathroom is small, but I have seen smaller, just remember, you are in NYC !
The Queen Size bed is very comfortable.
Another plus, it is on the ground level, no stairs to climb !
Coco´s personal clothing and stuff are in there, so is like staying at a relative´s apartment, it is not a hotel.
Neighborhood looks quite safe, we always came back home after midnight and felt fine. Two blocks to the subway and half a block to the beautiful Hudson !
Coco was pretty good at responding to our questions at any time.
We would definitely stay there again.
Apartment was cute, clean and comfortable. Bathroom is quite tight, though expected for NYC. Conveniently located to transportation. Lively, safe neighborhood!
Muy buena la ubicacion, a 2 cuadras de la estacion de metro y a 15 minutos en metro de Times Square.
Muy confortable y grata la atencion de los anfitriones
Un barrio de trabajadores y muy seguro
The apartment was very cozy and nice! I really enjoyed the fact that the subway was not far at all from the apartment. Coco's boyfriend was very easy going and made sure to ask us if we were okay. I would recommend this listing if you want to be slightly away from the city.
Coco's apartment is very well situated (less than two blocks from the subway which takes you directly to Midtown), neighborhood is quite safe at night unlike some other reviewer has claimed and very quiet (located almost at the end of the block close to the Hudson). The unit itself is clean, comfortable and cozy (sleeps up to 4) with all the essentials needed - it certainly show's a woman's touch! Considering the price and the location, it was a great deal. The host is very responsive and has addressed all our concerns in a timely manner. We stayed for 8 consecutive days and couldn't be happier. Highly recommended.
As a first time user of AirBnB, I'm so glad to say that Coco's place was the best start! Coco is Easy to communicate with and very understanding as we got lost driving from Toronto into the city for the first time! With that being said, free parking right in front of her apartment was a bonus for us ; free & safe!
The apartment was exactly what we needed, a short walk to the subway that took us straight to Times Square! She has a cute apartment with everything you need! Just like home. Groceries/ markets are all around and a stop in for Coffee at DD was just by the subway! We enjoyed our visit and want to thank you for being a great host! Take care Coco!

Coco's place is great!. I slept very comfortably during my stay there. It has all the amenities that you need. I love the shower because the jet is so powerful. The place is clean and it's also a very convenient location as it's just 2 blocks away from the subway. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a cheap place to stay in Manhattan!
Good deal for the location and was near the 1 (red) train. The apartment was located in a mixed and very diverse neighborhood. Has positive energy just waking down the street. We were able to find parking and left our car there during our entire stay.
The host was about to leave town that day so I believe that didn't give her much time to really prepare the apartment for her next guest. We had clean sheets and towels, that's all I need really.
I would recommend this place for future stays for value and the location.
I was rather disappointed by the place. It was not as clean as it looks on the photo, and the neighbourhood is harlem. The apartments was dusty, smelled quite a bit, and the running water had some residues (I think rust from the old pipe). I would not recommend to drink water out of faucet. The neighbourhood was pretty vibrant and mixed culture. I did not feel very unsafe but I would have preferred to know in advance. Especially, people with children, it would not be the best place. What it is said in the advertisement is all true but quite a bit of marketing involved. I don't think I would be repeating customer.
