The Space

My husband and I are renting out our cute 1BR in the heart of Park Slope - 5th avenue and Lincoln - the best neighborhood for bars, restaurants, Prospect Park, etc.

Super easy train ride (35 minutes) to Penn Station (which takes you to New Jersey on Jersey Transit) on the 2 and 3 trains which are just a few blocks away

It's a good size apt (for NYC) with an open living room/kitchen, including 2 big couches, fridge, dishwasher, TV, wifi, desk, etc. The bedroom is 12x9 with a full-sized bed. Perfect for a single person or a couple.

Bed linens, towels, iron, hair dryer are all provided for use during your stay.

Park Slope is AMAZING. Tons of great shops, restaurants and bars. We're a short walk to Atlantic/Barclays where you can jump on the N,Q,R,B,D,2,3,4,5 and be in the city in 20 minutes.

10 minute walk to Prospect Park and easily accessible to Cobble Hill, Ft. Greene, Prospect Heights and the rest of Park Slope. Brooklyn Museum, Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM) and Barclays Center all within walking distance.

  • Aria's place was beautiful and in an amazing location. I stayed for 5 days with my friend and it was perfect for 2 or even 3 people as the couches were super comfy. We loved the neighborhood and Aria and her sister were excellent hosts. Huge thanks to Aria and her husband for letting us stay at their house while they were on their honeymoon!

About
We're both from New York so we love hanging out in Prospect Park, exploring neighborhood restaurants and being close to Subway lines. Both my husband and I work at NGOs in the city and we love to travel.
