About this listing
If you love comfort, smiling and cats you're in the perfect place! My house is ready to welcome you with all the warm and cosiness you need. Please just try to follow some simple rules and let me know if something is not as you expected!
Hi, I'm a 25 years old italian girl who loves meeting new people and sharing experiences with friends from all over the world. I love arts, musics, theatre and all kind of artistic activities.
My flat is really welcoming and inviting. It's located close to the university area (the quarters of Pigneto is at walking distance from there and San Lorenzo just a few bus stops). You can get to the city centre with the second main station (Tiburtina) which is around 15-17 minutes walking from the house or get to Tiburtina with the bus 545 or 409 both very close to the house.
Choosing to rent my room means doing a good choice in terms of price, people you'll meet and mostly of all about information and tricks I'll give you to discover the real Rome! Just ask me if you need, I'll be more than happy to help you.
Now, please read just some simple rules to be a great guest! I have two cats, they are often on the balcony but sometimes they can come in. Please close the door of your room if you don't want them coming in. Remember to close the main door when you leave so they can't go out somewhere in the building and be sure they are inside at night if you spend time on the balcony.
Try to get to the house at reasonable hours! I'm always happy to do some effort waiting for you until late - that's not a problem at all! - but try to be here by midnight/ half past midnight if you can!
I only have two beds so you can only be one or two people. If you'd like to host friends maybe my flat is not the best choice for you.
Please ask me whatever you need when you are here! See you soon :D
Wi-Fi, microwave, oven, laundry, phon and all other comforts in the house.
Interaction with Guests
Quite a lot. If I'm not too busy I like to go out with people I host to show them what I know about Rome.
University and underground area in the neighborhood. It's a quiet area but you can easily walk to the Pigneto and it's not too far from San Lorenzo area - the students and university areas.
Please try not to waste energy! Me and the environment we'll be happy :)
Although we didnt have a chance to meet Simona in person, her boyfriend was very nice and helpful on our arrival to the house. The place was great,it was clean and supermarket was close (website hidden) was easy to get to the city by bus and subway,so be sure to buy day tickets because Rome is quite big!We loved our stay and we recommend this lovely place!
Simona and her boyfriend were very welcoming and helpful. One of the highlights of our stay in Rome was having dinner with them on the porch. In the room there is a list of recommended sites and activities, as well as how to get there. This was very helpful, as Rome's transportation system can be confusing. The apartment is located close to a bus stop which was convenient for getting to the tourist areas. There are also several good restaurants and markets close by. It was nice being away from the busier central parts of Rome.
Host was very kind. And room and toilet were clean. But location is not good. It is far from terminni station about a hour.
Simone and Sandro were both welcoming and so accommodating. The flat was very clean and the air conditioning in the room was so fefreshing after long days walking all over the city! They are very kind and so very helpful with all the questions we had about getting around the city. The breakfast provided was a perfect start to our day. I would 100% recommend staying with them!
Simona made us feel very welcome in her wonderful apartment. Everything was clean and as described. Simona provided us with suggestions for local sights to visit, and we appreciated the delicious croissants and coffee to start off the day. She even took extra care in cleaning, knowing that one of us was allergic to cats. It was the perfect place to relax at the end of a long day, and we would not hesitate to stay here again.
Thank you for being such a gracious host, Simona!
Simona and Sandro were very friendly and welcoming! The room had a lot of storage, which was nice. It was very easy to get from their home to the central part of Rome. Nice place to stay - my sister and I felt very comfortable during our stay.

My own house is really welcoming and inviting. It's located in a very strategical position of Rome, especially for people who want to know the university and youthful life. it's too close to the Sapienza University and the quarters of Pigneto and San Lorenzo.
