There’s no other neighborhood like this one! Park in front and The Toucan Villa is the end unit in the back furthest from the gate. It is a 1/1 with plenty of activities within walking distance. You can even walk to downtown along the New River.

Other things to note
Definitely take advantage of the morning and walk the neighborhood. Even when it’s hot out there’s enough of a tree canopy to shade your walk.
