We had a lovely stay with Jannette and Jose. We are currently backpacking South America and it was a great place to relax. The breakfasts were the best (lovely cakes!) the location was close to the beach (with a couple of nice restaurants/bars) and by bus it is very easy to access the nearby town. The pool is good and the garden is nice and green. We only had a couple of days and mostly decided to relax at the chalet. However, there is lots to do! We definitely need to come back to this part of Bahia
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Posada Peki and Arraial more than other towns on the coast. The environment of the Posada with the lovely garden, fresh breeze and nearby calm beach were wonderful. The hosts Jeanette and Jose are extremely friendly and helpful all the time. Their quality of service is a cut above the rest. Thank you
We stayed in this very charming Pousada in early May and practically had the place to ourselves--it was extremely relaxing and beautiful. The Pousada is well located, just across the street from the beach and a very short bus ride from either Arraial D'Ajuda or Porto Seguro. The chalets are clean, cozy and simple; a great deal for the price with a small porch and hammock. There is a nice pool on site and a delicious and filling breakfast. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return!
Upon arrival we were tired and just wanted to rest, Peki pousada was the perfect little piece of paradise tucked away within the Atlantic rain forest to do so. We were welcomed with friendly smiles and plenty of useful information of our local surroundings, not being able to speak Portugese was no hastle , as our hosts were English speaking as well as fluent in other languages.
The option of offerings from local cuisine to full continental breakfast was wonderful. Frequent dips in the pool and the beautiful garden with clean facilities made for a perfect getaway from the big city.
Thank you to all staff at Peki for your unconditional generosity and sincerity.

We are a Dutch/Persian couple. Looking for sun, palm beaches and harmony, we moved from Amsterdam to Arraial d'Ajuda in 2006 were we run two small hotels both in a tropical garden with pool. The best choice we' ve ever made!
