The A-Frame has designated sleeping areas.

The downstairs features a cozy sitting area, with a Murphy queen bed and frame TV, with the full bathroom featuring a walk in shower, and heated floors.

The middle level, accessed from the stairs, is the main living room with the full kitchen and laundry and half bath, and access to the large deck with hot tub access and outdoor dining.

The upper loft is accessed by additional stairs, and features the other queen bed. This is also where the additional queen air mattress can be used as well (totaling 3 queen sized beds).

Other things to note
Must be able to comfortably climb stairs. This is a 3 level A-Frame, as well as stairs to access the front door.

Formal dining table/chairs is outdoors only* there are food trays (under main level couch) for you to enjoy meals in the comfort of multiple seating areas throughout the A-Frame.

Exterior cameras on premises for security & liability purposes only. They are not viewed unless there’s a reported issue. Located at the front door, driveway, and deck area (facing the walkway). Do not tamper.

Must complete API Security Deposit OR Damage Waiver at point of booking (you'll be sent a link to set that up)
